I think so, about 400 swedish crowns. The AI was a bunch of cheating bastards that could snipe you with AK 47s from half a mile away, you couldn't see them while hiding in bushes, but they could see you and so forth. The story was nothing (literally, the island is run by a mexican, kill mexican, mexican doesn't die and escapes, chase mexican, traitor etc.) and it ends with SPOILER (not really) a fade to a black screen with the text The End. No epilogue narration or movie just "That's It"

I am playing Bioshock right now, so what about the game did people not like?

Not enough SPEHS MAREENS. Too much atmosphere and originality.

I thought that might be the problem. I am enjoying Bioshock myself, and the atmosphere really has sold it for me. I don't dislike the combat system either. In fact I haven't really noticed the combat system which is probably a good thing right? Every game will have it's haters, particularly if they expect too much, but this is classic IMO that I will keep the library.
