Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Imagine Mirror's Edge platforming on a sucky second rate Source ripoff and you have the rooftop chase.

The Gothic 3 Collectors Edition.

Gothic 2 being one of my all-time favorites, I was hugely excited for the third part of the series and got it right after its release. Turns out, the game was and still is hugely crap: A Bug-infested mess that completely lacked the character of the second part of the series, made exploration largely pointless since the best weapons were readily available early on, the gameworld was too vast to be anything but bland and the narrative was pretty non-existent even for the Gothic-Series standard.

It is - without doubt - the greatest disappointment in gaming I have ever encountered.

Yakuza 3
The game isn't bad, but I didn't expect that the majority of it would be taking care of whining kids problems. Haven't completed it yet.

Fracture/Siren: Blood Curse/Spider-Man: Web of Shadows/Army of Two
Just took these when I had recently bought my PS3 without knowing much about them. Not only did no one have trophies(I'm an achievement whore) but they were also pretty bad.

Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer
I have had fun with the original game. It's a pile of shit with bugs that the devs never bother to fix, but there's still some nice atmosphere in the game. The expansion however killed everything. They made it into a grindfest á la Korean MMOs without any rewards during the way.
I don't remember the numbers anymore, but I think you had to do 5000 quests just for the marks, then at least 5000 more for reputation needed. That's for ONE faction of the ones added(twelve in total, I think, but you can only join half).

Far Cry 2. $90 and 2 hours later, I realised I had just wasted $90 and 2 hours. Incredibly dull sandbox.

Black ops. Didn't go online because I was bored with the whole call of duty online, and I didn't even finish the campaign because it was garbage.

Portal 2. Don't get me wrong, it's a good game, but it has no replay value. I really should have just rented it.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
It was really just a button masher with very small levels that you had to comb through over and over and over again. The characters were good, the levels had a nice look, and the weapon customization was good, but overall it just wasn't as much fun as I would have hoped. I just couldn't get past its flaws.

Serious Sam 2 - fuck was that game repetitive, some pretty good ha-ha moments on the expense of Duke though.
God that 'game' was horrid, this coming from a huge fan of the other ones. Not fun at all, but some funny cinematics. Hopefully 3 will be better, it looks incredible.

I got Eragon for DS.

That was when I found out that film cash-in games are awful. Especially when the film itself is utter tripe.

Two Worlds 2. Someone said it was good, but I've been too busy to actually play it. So its just sitting there, on the shelf, never to be player.

Also, The Force Unleashed 2. I loved the first one, but the second one was utterly terrible and short. And I bought the special edition.

Operation flashpoint: dragon rising- I guess I had too high expecations of what this would be like. I thought it would be the next battlefield 2. It wasnt, so I went back to battlefield 2 after I reassured myself newer games =/= better games.

(also, *take out rpg by mistake, spend 12 SECONDS kneeling out in the open like a sitting duck, reloading it, just to put it back after switching for the weapon I really needed* *grenade tossing requires you to be immobilized*)

Starcraft 2: impulse buy. It was a nice game, but I just suck at RTS. might practice one day. just a waste that I didnt buy it later in discount.

Pokemon games: I realize that unless you know other kids that had gameboys at the time, its just a pointless grind without much of a story. (In my eyes the franchise can only be redeemed if they make a game where you play as your selected pokemon, with the 4 attacks bound to 4 thumb buttons --IT JUST MAKES SENSE TO ME-- shoulder buttons to jump and fly/whatever).

WoW

Heroes of newerth: Not a bad game, Its just too addicting.

I dont regret any purchases I made at below 15
