Call of Duty: World at War, I tend to hate FPS games (except Urban Chaos: Riot Response, that game is close to my heart) but this was actually pretty fun.

Far Cry 2. Not too many like it and I can see it's faults clearly but for some reason I still like it. Gonna finish it after I get a better TV...
Word.

Also Re-Volt. Not the smoothest car controls but they felt EXACTLY like what you'd expect RC cars to feel like, and so objective met. Also you can barrel through it in an afternoon. Everyone needs a game like that.

World of Warcraft. I wanted to hate it, I've bever liked games like it, I'd heard terrible things... and now I love it.

Alot of old gameboy games. I missed that though, since back then I would go to Toys R Us and just browes games I never heard of, and see what looked nice. Crystalis, Dragon Warriors Monsters, and many other random jewels.

The Harvest Moon games and Animal Crossing going in I thought I would get bored and end up hating them but they ended up being great.

Put aside some of the problems in that game, and you'll find that the storyline isn't that bad, the gameplay is fun and unique, and the style is distinct. I think the only problem I had with the game is that it was too short, it could have been an hour longer. But hey, it was an experiment, and it partially worked.
If EA scraps the sequel to that game, I'll hurl eggs at their headquarters.
