Batman Begins for the GBA, due to frustration and difficulty.
Metroid Prime 3 due to boredom at a really tedious part
Spirit Tracks, I was stuck, took a break, and just started playing a bunch of my other games instead
Devil May Cry 1, due to constant dying.
FFXII, because I loathe it.

GRAW...the first mission was just so damn hard....on easy! But that is true realism, you dont regen hp(i wish you could tho), you dont pick up weapon's offa enemies, and you gotta beat mission to get guns.

GTA IV I just could never get into it enough to finish it.
Red Steel I got too frustrated having to do the sword fight with the Komori or what ever they are called and their magical ability to block a sword behind them by holding their sword in front of them.

Fucking Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox. I'm about 70-80% in and I have been stuck in the same bloody fight for years. It's ridicolously hard, and I have nowhere near the reflexes required to play it.

I have never beaten Fallout 3 because I just kinda got bored of it. I'll go back to it one day. Just as soon as I beat Haunting Ground, Half Life 1, GTA Episodes from Liberty City, Tom Clancy's Endwar, Lego Indiana Jones and Final Fantasy 8.

...

I've really gotta start finishing my games :I

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Dragon Age:Origins, and Mass Effect 2.
I watched someone beat ME2, that's probably the reason I don't feel too compelled to beat it.

Kingdom hearts. Stuck on the last string of bosses. Bloody Ansem... ¬_¬
FFXIII. After 65 Hours of story mode, any game gets boring.
Deus Ex. I do a mission, wait a month, do another mission and so on and so forth.

Half Life 2 and episodes
Dragon Age: Origins and Awakening(yes I bought both)
Fallout 3, I have all the expansions and only played one
Bayonetta
Darksiders
Just Cause 2
Borderlands
Dead Rising
Condemned
Burnout Paradise
Forza 3

Thats just off the top of my head, I know I have at least 5 more, and that is counting the few games I picked up last week like BlazBlue and The Saboteur. And they are just the ones I care about and am going to finish.

Ok well maybe not Dead Rising, holy shit the controls in that game are horrid.

Beyond Good and Evil. Fucking insta-kill lasers make the latter half of the game near impossible.

Fallout 3: Still haven't finished Broken Steel, even though I bought it the same day it was released)

Lost Odyssey: No, I really can't be arsed climbing yet ANOTHER BLOODY TOWER!

Tales of Vesperia: I could have sworn I played a level resembling a "final dungeon", followed by what definitely felt like a final boss. But nope, it just keeps on going, leaking interest from every hole.

Final Fantasy XII: There really wasn't anything that gave me any incentive to keep playing, especially since the battle system really wasn't my cup of tea.

Half Life 2: Tried to get through this one on several occasions, but I just can't do it. For some reason I can't maintain enough interest to actually get through it.

The original Metroid: I was too young to figure out what to do when I actually played it, and going back to finish really isn't something I prioritize.

Super Mario Bros.: What can I say, I simply never beat it.

There are tons more from when I was a wee laddie, but these are the ones that stand out.

Bioshock 2.

Not because it's difficult, but because I've completely forgotten about it. I got about 2-3 levels in then got bored and never went back.
I really should finish it, though...

Mirror's Edge, Oblivion, Dead Rising, FF13, Far Cry 2, Mercenaries 2, FEAR, and Condemned 2.

I usually make a habit of beating games unless they're awful, something really ticks me off, or I simply run out of time before I need to return a rent.
