Earth 2150 as well as Earth 2160.
Don't get me wrong, two great RTS games I had a lot of fun with (well, more with the former than with the later). I can't even count the hours I have wasted in skirmishes. But I never ever finished a single campaign. If I count right the 2150 trilogy had 9 campaigns, I played them all to a certain point and then I couldn't beat the level, or I lost interest or something. Same with 2160. Not a single one of the 4 campaigns finished.
E2150 had nine campaigns?

Lunar Corp, UCS, ED. Who are the other 6? I never finished E2150 because I couldn't keep up with the demand for resources. Well, that's not true. I finished it as the LC because they needed less resources. It was a really interesting game, though. So atmospheric, especially the early levels, shuffling your tanks around the arctic in the middle of a nighttime snowstorm.

Final Fantasy 13, Mass Effect, Oblivion, Assassins Creed 2, and Fable 2. Its not that I dont like them (cept ME), I just can't sit down and play them without switching to another game quickly.

The original NES Super Mario Bros. It's the system I grew up on and I beat most of the other big NES games (Tyson's Punch-Out was my favorite victory...none of my friends could ever beat Tyson), heck I even beat Mario Bros 2...

That stupid last board, I don't know why I sucked so bad at it.

Also Sacred 2, its gonna take some time to get on level 200 and finish main storyline several times to get on Niobium difficulty.
I cant remember any more.

Gothic 3, Great game but really buggy.
Its not that bad (after you install 1gb patch) but still its not as good as old ones, still I like to play it for few hours when I get myself to play it.

I have yet to finish many games. The one that comes to mind is Metal Gear Solid 4. I find the game very interesting, but oddly enough, I haven't gotten close to finishing it.

Fallout 1 and 2.

I love both of them, and I'd like to finish them, but they just keep crashing!

Super Hydlide on the Sega Megadrive/Genesis. Honestly it's not even fair how hard that game is.

Firstly, it has a weight system attached to every item you equip and carry, including gold. If you go over the amount you can easily carry your movement speed is drastically reduced meaning you can cover less ground in a day meaning you need to bring more food with you etc.

If you don't sleep then you start to lose combat effectiveness, and at the last part of the game you either have to bring a sleeping bag with you (very heavy) or run as fast as humanly possible to get to the last boss and kill it before the day ticks over.

To top it all off; to kill the final boss you have to walk into its' mouth and keep stabbing it until it dies or it kills you. There are items for temporary invulnerability but using it also makes your enemies invulnerable for the same duration.

I got as far as the last boss, it killed me over and over again and I turned it off. Then the save file corrupted. This game has remained unbeaten for as long as I've owned it; 17 years.

Earth 2150 was actually three games: Escape from the Blue Planet, The Moon Project and Lost Souls. Each one had an own campaign for each faction.
You are right about the atmosphere. I think it was one of the first C&C clones to use weather effects effectively. It even did this to a point that as orbit of the earth became more unstable, the weather also became more extreme. The little touch I loved were the small propaganda videos you saw each time after finishing a research. oh, and weather reports.

Final Fantasy XIII, Alan Wake, and Age of Mythology.

All three are due to a case of more pressing matters coming up, and just not getting around to it again. I should remedy that.

Bioshock
Fallout 3
Half Life 2 Episodes 1 and 2

Also... I've never beat a Grand Theft Auto game, despite owning all of them.

Also Vampire Bloodlines. That game is DAMN GOOD but is still haven't finished it.
I played a pirated version (yeah i know) and when you escape the society of leopold the game crashes. I tried EVERYTHING to fix it. I even got another pirated version and it crashed at the same place :-(
yup that's got nothing to do with the pirate copies and everything to do with a game breaking bug the mod community fixed after the final patch came out. Of all the things not to fix, a bug that stops any user reaching the end of the game you'd think it would have been top priority.

me? never finished final fantasy 8. Actually found my PC discs in the garage this week so I'm playing it as I type. Other than that oblivion, i've put a ridiculous amount of hours in to it, played with the editor for just as many, tested loads of mods and never yet bothered to do the last story quest.

Metroid Prime 2.

I know, I'm so ashamed of myself! It's not that I'm stuck anywhere or it's too hard, it's that I have a really short attention sp- *wanders off*

A lot. But the one that's bugging me is HL2. Always had to format/quit the game when I tried to finish it. And always I had to start from the beginning. I'd really want to buy the Orange Box, so that I'd have the extra episodes and the ability to install the game whenever I want (borrowing the CD's from friends isn't an option anymore).
