Most of them. I hardly ever finish games. Normally because I get distracted with multiplayer.

Tales of Vesperia... I love it so much, I really don't want it to end, so I'm taking my time with it...

Persona 3... Same deal...

.Hack original quadrilogy... At the time, couldn't afford to continue onto part 3... Now I have the money, but my ps2 can't read Infection, and I'm not going to skip ahead, I must replay them all...

Oblivion
3D Dot Game Heros
Sacred 2

Oblivion I am over 200 hours in and haven't really touched the main quest line.
3D Dot Game Heros out of laziness.
Sacred 2 im not even sure if its possible to beat, ther is just to much to do in that game.

EDIT: Also FFXIII I haven't had it for very long and I am not very far into it (grinding at hopes house) but I am loving it so far.

I still want to finish Fallout 3. I was about 20 hours in before I stopped...it was just too depressing.
"Oh god I know but I persevered, I also went into a killing frenzy and bathed in the blood of super mutant and danced with their chopped of heads... acualy don't play fallout there are enough people on the internet with psychotic break downs already."

and if you do do NOT go into the Dalwich building..

Mass Effect: I talked to like 50 people in the first city and got bored. I still feel like playing it again, though.
Yeah the same for me. I played Mass Effect 1 for a bit but it's really boring actually. So it's just lying there on my computer.

This is a pretty straightforward question that i've wanted to ask. Are their any games that you intended to finish but could not get around to completing?
For me it was Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I don't know why I didn't finish it, besides sheer laziness (and I guess me being bad at it).
Yeah, I had this problem for a long time with Half-Life 2. But when I did finally finish it (plus the two episodes, of course) I thought it might have been the greatest game I had ever played.

I currently have the same problem with OOT as well. The main reason I haven't completed is that a bug prevented me from progress about half-way through the beginning of the game (after the fire dungeon). I've also never gotten a platinum lifetime aspiration on the Sims 2 without cheating... If that counts.

EDIT: I've also never beaten Tony Hawk's Underground. After finally completing a level that I had been trying to beat for over an hour my PS2 turned off before I could save. I calmly took the disk out of the PS2, put it back in its case, and sold it to GameStop. I still regret doing that...

I rarely finish any games, mostly because I don't have lots of time to play them and I suck at videogames in general. So games on my to-do list which I'm close to the end, in order of priority.
Persona 3 - need more time! I'm like 4 months away from the end but evil finals and taken up too much of my time to play it (and since I've been playing that game for the longest time I haven't gotten to many others)
Pokemon Yellow - When I was a kid my first pokemon game was silver, and I just now decided to play the originals.
SoulSilver - As soon as I evolve my chansey into a blissy I will have all johto pokemon, but I can't get it to evolve! Is their some trick to it? I thought it was happiness but I maxed it out and it still won't evolve!
Chrono Cross - I need more time
FFIX - need more time
.hack// - Need more time!
FFX - Stuck in a boss fight, with a 20 min unskippable cut-scene beforehand...
Psychonauts - Lack of skill (final boss)

Curse my love for long JRPGs and doing all the sidequests. I also have a stack of games I bought but haven't even gotten started in yet...
