Games you suck at, but play regardless

i love Unreal Tournament, Halo: Reach, Halo: CE, Halo: ODST, Unreal Tournament 3, Perfect Dark, Gears of War, and Bulletstorm, but i can't play those games for shit competitively...

I'm awful at RTS's, but I'll still play with friends, when they invite me.
Some of my friends were ranked like top 5% in the world for the Company of Heroes online beta for a while.
I stood no chance. My most effective unit was normally the sandbags.

Most recently... Terraria.

Weirdly I've played Minecraft alot am consider myself pretty beast at that so I don't get this at all.

Think its all the enemies spawning right next to me and my lack of money saving that causes me to not get any good weapons.

Also in RTS versus... I get owned SO BADLY!

I too can't play RTSs, but I love playing on easy on StarCraft II or Red Alert 3 and just building a cool-looking base. It relaxes me. ^^ I also suck at most racers and I just play on easy for the speed. The only racers that I don't suck at are Sega Allstars Racing and WipeOut Pulse on the PSP... I also suck at most modern FPSs, because I find them really, really boring and stupid (my opinion, don't intend to offend anyone, if you like them - good for you), but once in a while an interesting one pops up and I play it for the story or the gameplay, but on easy.

Soul Calibur 4. Several of my friends and I make random custom characters, and button mash eachother to death. For shits and giggles. And maybe one of us knows how to play... and it isn't me...

If they're around, I do like fighting games. I'm okay at Smash Bros., but I'm bad at Street Fighter. It's still damn fun, though.

I also don't stand a chance on my own in Beat-em-ups like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or The Simpsons arcade game. Still, I'd gladly drop quarters into these fun old games. I'll just kick as many Foot Soldiers as I can until I can't fight anymore. And then pay another quarter to try and kick as many Foot Soldiers as I can (or Rocksteady, if I get to him).

Damn you people who mention Tou Hou ... every time I watch a video of those games I tell myself "NEED TO BUY THEM ALL NAO"

Then I try to find them, and give up when I have to get them mailed over.

Every single one of them. Well, maybe I don't suck at all of them but the majority yes. Currently I'm nostalgia-playing Jak 2 and I'm SO BAD IT AIN'T FUNNY. I like the game though so onward Jak! Destroy those Hellcats! (10th times the charm?)

Minecraft. I know you really can't "suck" at the game, it's just that I'm horribly uncreative and make the same thing every single time.

So I spend about 99% of the game digging and exploring caves, always on peaceful difficulty.
