Simple question really, what Games do you think could occur within the same Universe without causing major plot holes/Paradoxes/Fuckups in the story line.

I would say that Sonic and Crash Banicoot could be plausable.

Star Wars and Star Trek. Seriously. Star Wars takes place "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away", while Star Trek takes place centuries from now. That far away galaxy that Star Wars takes place could be some unexplored quadrant that the Federation, the Klingons, the Romulans, or the Borg have every searched before. It's possible.

Fallout and STALKER wouldn't work. It's well established in STALKER that outside the zone everything is fine. Also, some people come in from outside the zone to get into it. Then there's the military checkpoints guarding the exits from the zone.

Ok then... the only idea I could think of is that Chernobyl like events happen all over the world, countrys panic and blame each other causing a war and launching nukes everywhere and so on and so forth...

This is the best I could think of in a short time. Plus I think this doesn't applie in the rules.
