Prototype was crap.

Great idea, but they completely failed in realising it. It doesn't help that the story makes no sense and the protagonist's just a wanker. I can like heroes, and I can like anti-heroes. I cannot like wankers.
Dude...You can kill people free-roaming and throwing them off buildings WHILE sliding them, throwing them again then smashing them into the ground...AND MAKE SPIKES OF DOOM APPEAR IN A GIANT CIRCLE OF DEATH IN THE LAST MOMENT!

What else do you want?!?! T__________T!
...and jumpkick helicopters
That's all well and good, but it grows tiresome after a while since the city is a repeat of itself on every block, and the story makes about as much sense as a horse with anal beads in it's mouth.

Stupidity can only hold my interest for so long.

Fallout 3: I was so hyped-up about this game. I was counting the days till it came out, I installed it, I played it untill I reached 7th lvl, but lost interest pretty fast.
Spore: Again, so excited. I had read all the stuff written about it everywere, installed it and got really disappointed. It was like five different games that kind of sucked and formed a sucky final product.
Kotor: They told me that if I like ME I will like Kotor, but for me it sucked.
Also Fable: Expected something open-worlded like WoW, but in singleplayer, but it was too arcadish.

1. Mario Kart Wii, I've loved both the GCN and DS Mario Karts so I thought this would be great... too many racers, too much luck needed to win rather than skill, damm unlocking via "grades", ballon battles won by points rather than by number of ballons... I didn't really hate it but it was a disappointment, I'm hoping the 3DS version will be better!

2. Mass Effect, heard lots of good stuff about it, plus I had just played two action-RPG's (Fable 2 and Fallout 3) which I had really enjoyed so I decided to give it a go. After playing through about half of it, it feels much more like a 3rd-person shooter than anything else, which is not really what I wanted, but as with the above I don't really hate it, it's just a bit disappointing...

The first S.t.a.l.k.e.r.(shadow of chernobyl, right?).My friend overhyped it and convinced me to buy it while it was on the steam sale.I played it for a couple of hours, and i didnt like it one bit,it seemed so boring to me.

BF:BC2. What a waste. 1-2 hours and done with it.

MW2 takes the second place. Even though an even bigger waste, I managed to entertain myself for about 30 hours. And this is being absolutely done with CoD till death. Damn addicting mindless shooters.

Left 4 Dead.

It just isnt the right kind of zombie game I am waiting for. I still dont think you can base a great game around Multiplayer, I need a great singleplayer zombie game. (I want a Dead Rising in first person).

Fallout 3.

I didn't hate it but it bored me to death. I just couldn't get into it.

Bioshock 2. I played it for an hour, uninstalled and never touched it again.

Oblivion, Fallout, AND Dragon Age?! I love every one of those games and consider them to be some of the very best out there. Now on to the topic, Fable 2 was a huuuuge let down for me. Loved the first and this one was talked up to be amazing. While it had most of what was talked about, it was in some of the worst possible ways they could do them

I guess i'll have to go back a while for mine..

Anyone remember that buffy the vampire slayer game on Xbox.. the first 1...

Well if you do, i loved that game to bits... however The next one, "chaos Bleeds" well, it was an ok game, but generally it got tedious and i started to hate it, sad but oh well..

Like ZeeClone, GTA IV was a disgrace compared to Gta 3, Vice City and San Andreas. lack of planes :(

The Ace Combat game on the 360, I loved Squadren Leader and Belkan War but this one was far too complicated for me.

BioShock 2 was hyped beyond redemption, and it suffered massively because of it. What I got was a repeat of a game I knew and loved with minor changes and a worse plot. Like playing the same game over again except I knew all the setpieces. Street Fighter IV I thought I'd adore, but the more I played it the more I detested it and the online community. BlazBlue is now my favourite fighting game so I guess you could say I abandoned the repetitive franchise and picked up a new one.

A game I thought I'd loathe and turned out I loved was Disgaea 3.

Oblivion was cool to watch people play, made me want to play. Playing the game myself bored me to tears after an hour.

Also, MW2, I liked CoD 4, thought I would like MW2. I was wrong, hated every second of it.
This is something I see to much. Yes the campaign was retarded and short, but I hold massive amounts of doubt about your statement.
I liked both. Sure, MW2's plot makes no sense whatsoever, but you know what, I enjoyed the over-the-top set-pieces.

A game I dearly wished to enjoy and thought I'd enjoy but never could, is the first Fallout. Dice-roll combat really puts me off. The same thing happened for Morrowind.
Yeah, I totally agree with that, I couldn't stand the original Fallout, I loved the idea, but couldn't stand the gameplay. I dunno what it was about Morrowind, but I just didn't like it.
