Fable I/II/III - I knew in my bones that the hype for the Fable series would be essentially bunk... But I have to admit that I'm intrigued with what I've seen/heard about the third installment, and I wish I had a 360 to be able to check it out.

Kinect - Dance Central for my wife, Kinectimals for my daughter and son (4 & 3), and the endless enjoyment watching all of the above look like fools in the middle of the livingroom.

Any current/future PC releases - My PC is going on a decade old. No longer is my video card the main failure to meet minimum requirements for current releases... Now it's the video card, total RAM, and the processor. ::sigh::

The Xbox 360 version of Bayonetta, I have the PS3 version, and while it certainly is playable, I've tried out the 360 version and the difference is noticeable. I'd also be able to pick up all those XBLA games ^_^

Civilization V and StarCraft II

Since I've been out to University, I've only had laptops that are really only good for surfing and older games like the original StarCraft. But it's getting harder to bear since Civ and StarCraft are some of my favorite games/series

As a PS3 owner, the only 360 title I really regret not being able to get is Mass Effect 1. I just feel like I'll be missing so much playing ME 2 without the first game. Otherwise, the Snoopy air combat game on XBLA looks like a lot of fun, as does Castlevania: Harmony of Despair (because 2D Castlevania is always awesome).

For Wii, just No More Heroes (though if it comes to PS3 that'd convince me to get Move) and Capcom vs. Tatsunoko (because I loved those anime as a kid). And maybe Okami--that looked kind of original.

For PC: Civ 5, and the PC version of Dragon Age: Origins, which I'm sure runs ten times better than either console version. I could also solve my Mass Effect problem by upgrading my PC into a gaming platform but I just can't justify the expense to myself.

Final Mix versions of Kingdom Hearts games. Technically it's Square's fault for not releasing them outside Japan, or whoever decided where games will be released, but I feel it's also the console's fault since I could import them, but can't play them, damn region lock. Only DS and PS3 are region free if I remember right, so those are the only consoles I could import for, and not need anything extra to run the games.

Oh, probably a metric asston. Hell, I didn't even have a PS2 until a couple years ago, and the only current gen console I own is the Wii.

The one I'm chafing over right now is Devil May Cry 4, which I got to play for thirty glorious minutes on someone else's 360. I actually own the PC version, but I don't have a PC capable of running it...

I think we all know of some games we really, really wanna get but can't because they're not on the appropriate consoles for us. They're on consoles we don't own and can't get for whatever reason.

So what games do you really want but, due to not having the right console for it, you can't have?

My most recent one is DC Universe online. I'm a comic book guy, and I love so many DC Universe characters, so not being able to get this game feels like Sony are just deliberately pointing and laughing at me as I longingly watch the opening cutscene and character creation process and masturbating (note: masturbation does not take place. the previous was hyperbole to reflect how much I long for and love this game)

It just annoys me. Microsoft have made a concession by giving PS3 owners Mass Effect, but Sony can't see it in their cold, black hearts to give us 360-playing comic book fans this experience.

Bastards.
Actually its not Microsoft. Bioware fully owns ME2 but ME1 was published by Microsoft so thats why its not coming to the PS3. And secondly DC Universe is a PS3 and PC exclusive because 360 is a closed platform. Not everyone who owns a 360 can connect to the internet because of the Gold sub. fee. This means less people will buy a MMORPG on the 360 making it less profitable.
Yeah they won't get as many people buying it on 360 as do on PS3 or PC, but they'll still get people. Adding it to 360 means 360 people will buy it if they can, which means more profit for them.

Tbh, it makes no sense to NOT make most games multi-platform.

Every 360 and PS3 exclusive.

Being part of the PC master gaming race has its drawbacks.

Gears of War.

But I don't lose sleep thinking about that I've never played it. It's sort of a "oh, I guess I'd get that..." thought.

Mass Effect 1.

Sure, the PS3 is getting ME 2 and 3, but without the first game I really don't see the point. As I understand it, the series is very story-driven and how you handled events from the first game changes how things go down in the second, and by extension, the third. Without that first installment I'd be missing out on potentially an entirely new way to play the sequels.

I'm sort of the same here, too. I played a bit of both Gears games at a friend's and enjoyed them, and if they ever came to PS3 I'd buy them. But it doesn't bother me that that'll probably never happen.

The PS3 version will include an interactive comic that details the story of ME1 and allows you to make all the major decisions so you won't lose out on a huge amount

Would like to play God of War 3 and Uncharted 1&2 amongst others but can't see myself getting a PS3 anytime soon

'Splosion Man.

One of the few games that haven't been released on either PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii or PC.

Empire Total War and Napoleon total war. I seriously want to play these games but my computer is not even close to the minimum specs required.
