A lot of people are going to bash me for this, but I lament on a daily basis the fact that Too Human 2 will never come out.
Unlike most people, I thought the first game was great. I enjoyed the art and graphics. I thought the gameplay was solid and the controls managed to be unique without being confusing or unwieldy. It was one of the first co-op RPGs to hit the 360, and you'd be pretty hard-pressed to find a better co-op RPG (yeah, it wasn't much of an RPG, but it provided for more exploration and a ton more character development than JRPGs) experience on the current generation consoles.
Most importantly, though, I loved the re-interpretation of Norse mythology. The plot was true to the old stories, but managed to explain some old things in clever ways. The first game ended on a major cliffhanger, and I'm sad that we'll never get to see where the story would've gone. Maybe with some luck the other parts will be published as novels or comics.
