Body Harvest. I think it's a pretty fun game and I pull it out every now and then, but it'd be nice if there were better looking environments and people instead of that N64/PS1 brand of early 3D model mess. The aliens still look pretty good though, which is nice because you do spend most of your time looking at them as you shoot them.
Plus the game could get a second chance to be noticed if they put out an HD version.
