I'm assuming this is for games that haven't been released yet? If that's the case, these are mine:
The Last Guardian, a.k.a. "The Number 1 Reason I Got a PS3." I can't really elaborate too much beyond that, but it looks to be another awesome game from Team Ico, but it'll probably be overlooked by most everyone.
Fallout: New Vegas: Yeah, I'll toss in my chips with this one, too. I loved 3, but I'm curious to see how some of the original series' creators will handle the move to the open-world 3D environments.
Other than that, not looking forward to anything (unless word were to come of Mega Man Legends 3 or Shenmue 3, then that would be great.)

No Devil Summoner, no Digital Devil Saga, no Persona.
Just... Put all them spin-offs on hold for a sec and give me a decent follow-up to Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne.

Right now, it's Alan Wake, Bulletstorm, and Gears of War 3. I'm also excited for New Vegas and Dead Rising 2... I also need a job so I actually get all of these games, but still.
