Let's see...
1. a proper Shadowrun RPG, with stats, Mr. Johnsons, cyberware, megacorps, the whole thing;
2. Earthworm Jim 3 in a return to platforming done in HD. I miss me some TenNapel craziness;
3. Anything by Cyan Worlds that isn't kid-oriented. God willing, something that fits kinda-sorta in Myst's canon, even though the series has ended;
4. A new Vampire RPG. Possibly based on the old World of Darkness setting or the new one. I'd kill for a Nosferatu-centric game that cribs elements from Splinter Cell and puts a supernatural spin on things;
5. Fallout 4, wherever it's going to be set;
6. A decent pirate-themed game, seeing as the last really good one was Sid Meier's Pirates!
7. A decent hacking sim! The hypothetical devs could get sponsorships going from Sillicon Valley's biggest so that we can legally pretend to hack into Windows or Linux rigs. A good balance between simplified Hollywood-style hacking and a dose of realism could really make a good mix.
I know there's already Uplink and BS Hacker out there, but they're... lacking in some areas.
8. a proper Dragon Age sequel. As in, something closer to Origins.
9. a re-release of Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem for the Wii, with updated graphics;
10. a decent Kinect game. My experience with the sensor has been lackluster, thus far.
