If anyone says fricking Halo I want you to go shoot yourself. I'm talking old games that you were fantastic in concept, great for the time periods and could conceivably be awesome incarnate again with an update to today's standards.

My 2 nominees are Dragon Lance - I love dragons. if that makes me a giant nerd, so be it.

and populous - I liked being a god and spores is gay, just ask yahtzee.

In any event, this about what could be done with these 2 games if they were released with today's graphics and gameplay technology.

SSX Tricky.
I loved this game back in the day.
Don't change the controls or characters, just upgrade the graphics and sound quality, add some songs, drop in some bigger courses and I'd be happy.

I used to blow entire days on this game.

I total Gamer rehash of the the pokemon world would be sweet, done on the wii. It is hard to explain what I am talking about unless I can tell you in person. One phrase "You control the pokemon during battle."

Perfect Dark Zero, it was enjoyable, for a single run through, but it never felt like Perfect Dark, so honestly, a new Perfect Dark.

Okay, I'm going old school!

Albion - Awesome game for me back in the days. I'd like to see a remake... Just... Because it's awesome.

Moonstone - I loved this also. Basically it's just you being a knight, traveling around in a medieval land with monsters, dragons and encounters with other knights. Could be pretty awesome for a MMORPG.

X-COM UFO - Seriously wasn't this the greatest game ever?! Investigate UFO sightings, research aliens and shit! Would be awesome!

Blood - The best FPS ever! With dynamite sticks, voodoo dolls and lighter + deodorant weapons!

A lot that I'd consider worthy of remakes, have actually already been redone or are part of a series that still exsists. So I guess I had good taste in games back then
