Where have I heard that game before?THEAFRONINJA said:KoTOR 3. And... Super Flying Lightning T Rex Invasion of Atlantis. You play the title character.
That could work...certainly would make Yahtzee think a bit about JRPGsDurxom said:What I want done is a old fashioned Japanese style free-roam rpg(like Oblivion and Fallout 3) where you take on the role of a samurai, or ninja or whatever, and have to take on jobs like assassinations or guarding your lord, join the yakuza, or even just random jobs like helping out at the local food shack for cash. And the map could be huge, with small villages to big cities like Tokyo, placed out between large areas of land, paths, beautiful asian landscapes....sigh, just an idea though T_T
How many times are we going to have this topic?Tenkage said:Post a game you think should be made, be it never done before. Or a sequel that should be made (Duke Nukem Forever Fans do not come in, it will never been done so don't bother)
Oh who am I kidding...I want to see Duke Nukem Forever come out, and then....see it fail so hard that it will be worth the time just to laugh at it.
But seriously I want to see another Super Smash Brothers with more characters, like Megaman, Banjo Kazooi, heck even Geno has a place in my heart.
both would be nicedelanofilms said:A Pokemon Snap 2, with ALL POKEMON!
Also, a Pkmn Colosseum with the gameplay of the handheld ones, but on a console and in ACTUAL 3D.

Have you ever played the Way of the Samurai games? They come pretty close to what you are talking about.Durxom said:What I want done is a old fashioned Japanese style free-roam rpg(like Oblivion and Fallout 3) where you take on the role of a samurai, or ninja or whatever, and have to take on jobs like assassinations or guarding your lord, join the yakuza, or even just random jobs like helping out at the local food shack for cash. Way of the Samurai would have so much better if they had made the maps open ended instead of going there from the selection screen. It tended to break the immersion.burninillusion said:Have you ever played the Way of the Samurai games?
