I would like to see episodes 1-4 & 6 of the Xenogears story, and not the abomination that was Xenosaga.
I started a similar thread to this that went no where, so ill transplant my ideas here.
Would like to see a sandbox style game in the overall concept of manhunt based on the Dexter franchise.
Would like to see a Survival horror shooter MMO based on 28 days later.
I would like to see Squeenix put out an episodic MMO, with the graphical representation of old school FF games (kinda like Ragnarok or Maplestory in graphical concept) with legitimate representation of the old school FF job system, that releases "chapters" like once a quarter or so.
An MMO that makes it basically unrealistic to write walkthroughs for, in order to recapture some degree of the charm of old MMOs, where no body has no clue on how to do anything, isntead of what is currently present, where you have to go through boot camp to practice, do homework and research, and turn your virtual, recreational existence into a second job and acting like a robot.
More games that approach multiplayer similarly as to what was presented in Demons souls.
A game based on Dune could have potential, but god knows if it ever gets made, it will likely be bad.
The fallout MMO that interplay has promised but isnt going to deliver. (notice they claim the beta will begin in 2012? 2012 is quickly becoming the new keyword for "never gonna happen")
I would like to think, if done correctly, a game based on the works (or a selected work) of Edgar allen Poe could yeild potential. The game Call of Cthulu for Lovecrafts work... somewhat represented what something like that could be, although it wasnt terribly great.
So what do i want? Basically the impossible.
