Sometimes you just want to capture moments in gaming. Some games offer replay modes and let you save that one kill streak or that one time you broke the game's physics.

Not every game has this so which games do you think need this?

There have been several moments while playing WoT (World of Tanks) where I would love to keep a replay to show my friends.

For some reason I simply do not fathom, Battlefield 3 doesn't have a battle-recorder. I suppose I could go the ridiculous route of buying one of those video recording adapters that all of the Let's Play(ers?) use, but I don't really think it should be MY responsibility to add features to games...

I can't imagine you even need to actually save any "replays" per se. I don't know if Bungie did Halo's replays the same way as their earlier game series "Marathon", but it seems like it would make the most sense for ANY game to have their game keep a copy of every move people make via coding or something, and then having "replays" just run the game normally, while actually recreating each moment.

I don't know anything about coding, but it seems like even that would still be miles easier, and smaller in memory size, than actually recording video clips from the game.

Any GTA game. The amount of times some hilariously random event happens when nobody is around to witness it is astronomical.

Im wishing Dark Souls had a replay function, not only for those sweet moment when you overpower the odds and become a complete badass, but also when you are having trouble with enemies and you need to look at its attack patterns.

Skyrim. For those 'water cooler' moments that are so awsome you have to tell people. It's never as good when you're telling it though. For example I wish I could have a video of me using unrelenting force on four imperial soldiers at the top of a tower. Turns out they are unable to withstand the force of gravity from that height. And they get launched a long way...

Gears of War 3. I've had some unbelievable kill-streaks that I wish I could watch again.

Magicka, so you can watch your friend die over and over again instead of resurrecting them.

I have got to say, there have been times in several Total War games where I have wished I could see a particularly majestic battle again.

Dynasty Tactics 2.

I wish I could record all of the multiplayer matches I've played with friends.

The amount of insane stuff that happens in Just Cause 2 is unbelievable. I wish I could record them all and make one big Youtube compilation.

The main one I can think of is Mirror's Edge. Some of the jumps and free running and all that that you can do would be quite good to record and re-watch, I would think.

While Blazblue HAS a replay feature, there is no simple way to export said replay to share on youtube or whatever. A replay feature means jack shit if there is no way to export that replay into a video.

Without a built in export feature (because using fraps or other capture equipment can be annoying), it just feels like a waste to have a replay feature to begin with.

I've got so many awesome fights I'd have loved to share, but it's so damn annoying to use video capture tools just to share said awesome fights...

I would say any sandbox game, but the fact is that I could set up the wicked act of stuff again and again anyway.

I really hope that recording your gameplay and being able to upload it to Youtube becomes a standard feature in gaming.

WWE12(as well as SvR11) lets you take the highlights of your matches, edit them, and then upload them to Youtube. UFC Undisputed 3(made by same developer as WWE12) records the entire match and lets you edit it and upload it to their servers(I feel a patch for Youtube coming along any day now). Hell, even CoD:MW3 lets you upload your footage.

I don't see the reason every game can't record your gameplay up to a certain amount of minutes, and let you upload it somewhere.

Uncharted 3's one needs a fix. I have some good rounds including sniping a guy using a zip line, but it didn't save it and instead saved a 100 second clip where i quit after some kid was griefing.
