Games you wish had a sequel (or another one after the last)

I played Dark Cloud (1) for hours when I was smaller.

Sadly, I never got past the first bossfight against Dran. I never got to go to all the awesome-looking levels in the opening cutscene...

I still think the village-building bit is a great mechanic we should see more of (and ahead of its time at the time too!).

I want to see sequels for Star Wars: Republic Commando, Star Wars: Battlefront 2, Shenmue 2, and Half-Life 2: Episode 2. And a new Star Wars: Jedi Knight game would be nice as well.

That village-building mechanic was my absolute favorite thing about the game! There really need's to be more games with a mechanic like this.

Star Wars goddamn Battlefront 3.
When will someone pick up that god damn gold mine and bring it to its inevitable glory and holy nature. I'd buy 10 copies just to make sure it got some sort of recognition.

Legacy Of Kain - Defiance, I need to see the circle of balance restored, as the years go by the chances of it ever happening dwindle but theres a little flame of hope that fires away waiting for it to happen.

Freelancer - They so needed to make another freelancer game but with allowances for larger ships so i could pilot one of those cool cruisers.

Primal - Im totally not sure how to continue the plot but im sure some clever writer could have come up with a way, after it set up an interesting series of realms to explore.

Rise Of Legends - That was another great game that could have so easily pathed the way for more.

KOTROR I & II: I liked KOTOR II and I think that with a non bugged ending it would have been ace, all I want is a proper single-player KOTOR III that explains what happened to Revan and The Exile after they disappear.
SW Battlefront 2: a couple years back I saw some dev. video showing full-scale combat, including ships launching from orbit and descending into the planet all without cutscenes or any pace-altering mechanics. It looked soooo awesome. It's a pitty it got cancelled.

Max Payne 3? Did Rockstar cancel the game or it's in some kind of full-redesign process?

Little Big Adventure 1 & 2 - I remember playing that game as a kid, I was truly immersed in it's story, it was great and so friendly to play, Psychonauts has kind of the same vibe.
