There are a few I could mention, but one shines out as bright the sun compared to the rest. For some strange reason my friend swayed me to buy a japanese game being ported to xbox 360 called Vampire Rain. Granted I got the game for free cause of my grades, but omg it was terrible. I thought it was going to be like blade where your a badass fighting vamps but your more of a metal gear solid wanna be guy who is attempting to fight vampires who see you from like a mile away and charge in like half a sec. not to mention the weapons did as much damage as a pebble being tossed at a brick wall.
Black- horrible all the way till the short end
MOH rising sun + frontline: had recently finished Pacific assault and was severly dissapoined (BTW pacific assault is fantastic)

Splinter Cell: Double Agent is the game I regreted buying.Boring missions,stupid plot convinient death of his daughter,and frusstrating enemy geniuses with super sonar hearing
Hellgate:London. My friend and I was totally psyched and we went and bought it as soon as we could. We regretted it about half an hour into the game, but continued for a week I think because we thought it would get better... It didn't.

Mostly all my Dynasty Warriors games. Talk about a waste of money...
Romance of the Three Kingdoms X was also a massive letdown. .Hack/Sign 1-4 would rank up there as well and of course paying full price for Final Fantasy X-2.
