Okami, Bioshock, Persona 3, Fallout, The Simpsons Game (it's funnier than the Simpsons Movie), Grim Fandango, Curse of Monkey Island (I just want to see a pirate barbershop quartet on the big screen), Silent Hill 2, and Tron 2.0...just to name a few!

I think Legend of Zelda, if done properly, would make a very good movie.
I've considered that as well, but I think that the only way a Zelda movie could be done, without bordering on cheesy and unbelievable, is if it were done like Advent Children was for the Final Fantasy series. Realistically, it would probably look just plain weird. But it would be nice to finally see a LoZ movie.

Also, Prince of Per- Oh wait..

Uncharted, anyone?

None, because almost every time they try to make games into movies they mess it up and end up making everyone regret wasting the time and money to see the movie.

I don't know about that, look at Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat, Pokemon, Tomb Raider, Final Fantasy: AC, Hitman, Tekken, etc.
Not to totally say your wrong, (again it's based on taste), video game movies have a 50-50 chance of either becoming a hit or miserable failure. (that's right Super Mario Bros, I'm talking about you.)

It has to be three games i'm afraid but my reasoning is below;

Final Fantasy VII - This is my all time favourite RPG and this game is immense in story with twists and turns all over the place so would be brilliantly placed for a movie?

Silent Hill: Homecoming - This is again one of the best games of a really good series and would progress well into a sequal or follow on from the first Silent Hill movie.

Shenmue - This has to be one of the most fantastic story's in a game and actually generally a very bloody good game.

Anyway that's my thoughts....

In case it hasn't been said yet:
Left 4 Dead. Pure zombie killing fun with way too many jokes about Francis and the Witch.

I always thought the level-based nature of games would better suit a TV series than a film... I know I'd watch an Eternal Darkness show.

I want them to do work on the Halo movie already. (Although I want it to be based on the Halo books more so I guess not as much of a game)

I think this seriously depends on what you're trying to do as a movie. I think many games would work beautifully if you did them in the grindhouse style Tarantino's brought back. Low budget, bad dialogue, horrible edits, no CGI. Gimme a Dead Rising or a Fallout movie made in that style, it would be FULLY awesome.

For ones that could be made into a serious movie if done well...

KOTOR - Definitely, but leave Lucas out of the creative process please!

Deus Ex - YES.

Fallout - Seems like no one wants to try and compete with Mad Max or Waterworld. Everything's about the apolalypse lately, but not afterwards. I think we're due for another post-apocalyptic movie soon.

I don't like the idea of RPGs being turned into movies, but they'd work if you picked the right ones. Any involving teenagers saving the world/universe wouldn't work; only epic tales like the Narnia books make that work without being utter cheese. I think Suikoden would work, and you have lots of content to work with. Any others I'd have to think about, but you run into too many cliches with many RPGs, and creating another movie in a fantasy land with magic and dragons after movies like LOTR, Narnia, and Eragon came out... your comeptition is gonna be stiff.

The Diablo universe. Have a movie with an entire party of assorted heroes owning some little hell bitches. Now I would pay to see that!

Ya thats true I actually really like Hitman but they could have easily screwed it up and I'm afraid that some hollywood studio will get the rights to a game that I love take all the established story and throw it in a fire and just make up some terrible piece of crap movie. Thats the reason that I dont want any to become movies because more likely than not they will screw it up.

I think it could be quite lucrative regardless ... there are so many fans of so many genres.
Just quit letting Uwe Boll get his grubby mitts on em.

Battlefeild Bad Company. It has a good story, I just hate Battlefield. A Half-life movie would also be good, so long as they do a side-story thing that doesn't revolve around Gordon Freeman. And Eat Lead - that game really should've been a movie in the first place!

I will tell you one thing. If they ever make a live-action pokemon movie, I'm probably going to lose my mind.

I already lost one childhood passion, the Dragonball series, to a live-action crapfest.

I think it would be interesting to see an Assassin's creed movie or a Metal gear film.
