Bust A Groove 3/4 (depending on how you wanna count Dance Summit 2001)
This is still my favorite music game series and I wanna see it come back. I could go into excruciating detail on how I want it to play but I'll just summarize by saying "make it so that entering the dance commands along with the music gets you bonus points or something" (that's how I THOUGHT the original worked as a kid).

Bloody Roar 5
It HAD to be a hoax, didn't it? Dangit! I want a new Bloody Roar! Screw the haters, this series is great and deserves a second chance (protip: in-game movelists help). Actually shoot I'd be happy with an XBLA release of Primal Fury with added online play (and in-game movelists).

SaGa 4
Not Romancing SaGa, not SaGa Frontier, just SaGa. As in Final Fantasy Legend. FFL2 is my favorite RPG of all time, the (Japanese only *shakes fist*) DS remake turned out great, and I'd love to see another game like this as my "Dream RPG" is basically "Final Fantasy Legend 2 but better". But PLEASE no preset characters! That's why I don't like FFL3 so much! I want custom parties dangit!

We Cheer 3
Make it multiplatform (Wii/Move/Kinect) and get a bigger and better song selection. At the very least do a We Cheer: Perfect Collection for Move and Kinect that has all the music and routines from 1 and 2. I really wanna play the We Cheer 1 songs with We Cheer 2's engine and customization options. The ability to save cheerleaders and outfits as separate save files so I can have more than just my squad would be awesome as well. Maybe work in more bizzare guest appearances while you're at it.

A Queen's Blade Fighting Game
ADSKJF! IT'S A SERIES ABOUT A FIGHTING TOURNAMENT AND YOU MAKE A STRATEGY GAME?! AND MELONA IS UNPLAYABLE!? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU! Okay so Melona is playable in Queen's Gate but that doesn't change the fact that this is a series about a FIGHTING TOURNAMENT! You should make a FIGHTING GAME based on it! NOT A STRATEGY GAME! Either stick the Soul Calibur team on it after SC5 (since Namco Bandai is handling the strategy games) or give it to Eighting (not Dimps! Anything but Dimps!).

A Port of the Valis Cell Phone Games
AGHJRKLRGH! There are badass remakes of Valis 1 and 2 and they're ONLY ON JAPANESE CELL PHONES?! FIX THAT!

Wonder Momo: Dream Starlet
I'd love to see a new Wonder Momo game with simulation elements where you auditon actresses, train them, design their costumes, and promote their stage show while also playing said stage shows. A dun twist would be for your Wonder Momo to gain actual powers half-way through the game to fight real aliens and has to juggle her stage show and actual fights...DON'T JUDGE ME!

Breath of Fire
I'd like to see a true Breath of Fire 5. Dragon Quarter doesn't count. Let me play as Ryu, the blue haired member of the dragon clan, as I recruit allies, battle monsters, and turn into a dragon to viciously murder foes. Also, Ryu should talk. The silent protagonist thing doesn't really work in an RPG.
I second this, but I say mix it up and have a female protagonist...with blue hair that turns into a dragon :p (actually I say go with red hair this time)

Star Fox, we didn't see a single Star Fox game on the Wii
I am inclined to agree with you until I remember Starfox Adventures and Starfox Command, and I wonder if that wasn't a mercy...
Eh, I liked Starfox Assault. That was at least on the right track. As such, thirded but PLEASE just make it a rail shooter. Starfox is one of the finest rail shooters out there. I VASTLY prefer it to Panzer Dragoon. So...just embrace the fact that it IS a rail shooter and run with it rather than trying to cater to modern audiences that don't yet realize what they REALLY want is a rail shooter.

An honest-to-goodness Shadowrun MMO.
Especially if done the way I read in an article somewhere on the net(which would really make me squee): basically, split the players into (or let them switch between) three interconnected sub-games:

- The runners: most resembling instanced dungeons, where groups of characters enter specific locales and try to perform a mission. With any type and mix of flavors of mission: structural sabotage, extractions, datasteals, smuggling runs, etc. That alone, with appropriately built and customisable characters, given the range of magic, brawn, tech-savvy, and social skills, could be awesome. Successful runs earn the character money, experience and reputation.

- The corps: players (or groups of players, similar to e.g. EVE Online), managing corporations (possibly up to and including the near-omnipotent megacorps), or other types of regular employers for the runners: "Mr. Johnson" agencies, crime syndicates, political clubs, etc. This would run more along the lines of a personnel and finace management/global strategy line. Hire the correct kinds of runners for specific kinds of missions in specific locations for your organisation's gain and other big player's detriment. If the runners do a good job, your organisation gains influence and money, some of which trickles down to you, natch).

- The world at large (which honestly could be handled by npc's for the greatest part). Basically the part of the game where all the non-raiding folk could stay, if they don't want the responsibility of a corp exec: All the back-alley docs, prelim work hackers, gunrunners, information brokers, runner dive owners, and so on... basically, crafting/profession system combined with customisable player housing in the shared world outside of the instances, so the streets will be populated by more than hapless civilians, gang punk mooks, and hordes of bored runners. Most akin to a business management game with sim elements. Connected to the other two "sub-games" by supporting the runners with commodities, places to stay and possibly minijobs, while having to get supplies/real estate/large scale stuff in general from the corps and other big players. Say you own a dump bar in a bad part of town. If you manage to cut a good deal with the crime syndicate whose contraband you're dealing in your backroom, get a couple of lov-lvl runners to keep the local biker gang in check (basically a "kill x y's" quest) for cheap, and keep the place attractive to the runners, you might earn enough to refurbish, expand, or even franchise. Don't, and your place will stay the same lousy dump, even though you do make the best Manhattans in town.

Scope needn't be too large, using a single city (Shadowrun's default setting of Seattle) would be plenty, as it would provide lots of different areas, from radiation-infested warrens to the steel-and-glass towers of the wealthy, sewers, gutters... everything connected by the bonds of (Deus Ex-ish) rain, smog gloom, and neon lights. Run locations could range from cookie-cutter office buildings or Exec mansions,to ghoul sewers, high security labs or even society parties for some information gathering facemen out there, depending on the level and style of mission.
Man, that would be the mutt's nuts. *sigh*
A man can dream.

A Metal Gear Solid 1 reboot would be so awesome, my first game ever, my favourite single player ever.
Half Life episode 3, it's alright to dream right?
A 40k game based on the Gaunt's Ghost's books by Dan Abnett.
A Battle for Middle Earth reboot.
Any thing Fallout.
A Total War, WW1 or WW2 would be interesting.
More Mass Effect, even if it doesn't follow Shepherd, I just want more of the lore and details.
A decent Star Trek DS9 game, wouldn't mind a Voyager game either.
A multiplayer FPS game in the style of BF3/BF2 spread over the entire planet, using a googlemaps style interface to spawn in and fight for your countries (town or city's) local or global dominance.

I could stray further into my ridiculous fantasies but I think I've walked far enough down the rabbit hole.

Edit: an open world, 3D current gen Pokemon game would make my dreams come true.

two games-

1. a military shooter with the freedom and realism of Arma 2, but with the fluidity and presentation of a game like battlefield 3.

2. an elder scrolls type game where the map is thirty to fifty times bigger than that of oblivion's map, but with the same ratio of landscape to towns so the towns are bigger, and there is more to explore.

I'd like to see an espionage-stealth game set in the Mass Effect universe (think it'd be very interesting with the future technology and politics). Maybe Zone of the Enders as well, but I only say that because I'm playing it right now :3

All I want is Dynasty Tactics 3, that is all.

Of course if Pandemic Studios were still around then there would be some others.

Megaman Legends 3
Legend of the Dragoons 2
Kingdom Hearts 3
Megaman ZX 3
A better Pokemon game than Black & White (and not the third installment)
Metroid: Other M game with better controls, less dialogue (like zero or less), and a better story (or not story at all, let us figure it out)
Monster Tail 2
...
Can't think of any others...

I haven't even played Dreamfall, despite how awesome it sounds, because I understand it to be an incomplete trilogy. Makes me sad.

I'd like a Myst reboot. That isn't too much.
More and more I'm starting to see people talk about Myst on here. Good, maybe it isn't as forgotten as I thought it was.

OT: I'd love to see an Inception game, set up as a 4 or 5 player co-op L4D type thing. Each person would have a separate role they play to complete the objective, they could even have the Architect play in an RTS mode like Natural Selection or Nuclear Dawn. The Forger is your spy, the Chemist is your healer, the Point Man is you tank, and the Extractor is the only one who can open the vault and take the info. Sounds awesome to me.

I would love to see a game made where I could be an up and coming politician. I could rise up the political rungs by staring out as a city council member and work my way up to the leader of the country.

Most of the game play would center around PR events in order to gain your support base. It would have debates instead of boss fights where through conversation and debate you try to convince the voting base to your point of view. The conversations would be a radial type of choices like with Mass Effect. With "good" choices being telling the voters the truth of what you will do and the "bad" choices telling them what they want to hear in order to get their votes then doing the exact opposite once in office. Then there will be plenty of half truths and white lies. Will you be honest with your constituents, tell them what they want to hear or will you spin a web of lies that not even you could unravel? But beware what you say who knows if you'll be called out and caught in a lie with your pants around your ankles while posting a picture of your privates to facebook.

Mini games could consist of forming campaign ads and your choice of being an honest politician playing a fair game or take a more shady approach and sling mud as much as you can. Stress of the job getting you down? Well thats nothing that the prostitute down the street couldn't fix, but be careful what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas..especially when you're running for major offices. Watch out on your drives around town will you accept the lobbyist's "donation" to your campaign or will you stand up against corruption? But hey one free meal wouldn't hurt your campaign right?

As you go from debate to debate and PR event to PR event you have such things as a political map that shows how supporters in the voting area you have and it can grow or shrink depending on your actions, and varies in size depending on the office for which you're running. Such as just houses if your running for mayor of a city or by states if you're running for say President of the U.S. etc.

Then comes the game play of actually being in office. You will get random events that you'll have to navigate through in order to finish your term. State of the country speeches, charity events, legislation, even world events such as humanitarian aid or military actions. Your choices will effect have small and large effects to your area. That environmental bill you signed into law might cost jobs or a critical resource. That trade deal you signed might make you an enemy or friend. Be careful though the "right" choices might cost you reelection if your voting base doesn't agree with it or could assure your next term. Remember you could do the right thing like provide funding for orphan healthcare but think of the tax payers who will rage when they have to pay for it. If you try to change too much from what your society accepts then don't be surprised if someone tries to "take you out" of the picture. You could also try your hand at propaganda and pass totalitarian bills that will pave your way to either a benevolent ruler or a merciless dictator. Just remember no one will give up their freedoms outright unless you "convince" them they'll be better for it in the long run. Then before you know it you'll be running forced labor camps in no time. What ever you do the people won't forget not with the help of their local political news stations that will constantly keep you on your toes...unless you could find a solution to that problem. Who knows what a few million dollars left in a briefcase could pay for or hasn't the government always meant to make television and radio programming government censored? Its all up to you.

How will you build your political career? Will you be a hero of the working people, the defender of the rich? Will you lead a country to social equality or class warfare, to a scientifically advanced society or do you think your people use too much technology? Will you serve your term over a free people or brainwash your fellow citizens into accepting a totalitarian regime then use your minions for your dreams of world domination? The choice is yours.

I have to say I'd like a new D&D game. Not one based on 4.0, but one based on 3.5
They haven't made anything along those lines since Never Winter Nights 2, and the last expansion, Storm of Zehir, was crappy as. The D&D games are generally pretty epic too, with the Baldurs Gate series still fun. They could just do so much more with today's tech.
