No, Relic being the developer technically never had them beyond intellectual rights, which meant Sierra could never do anything with them unless Relic were involved or at least gave permission, then a couple of years ago THQ bought the rights off of Sierra, the publisher for the first two, and then... nothing.Ferrious said:This. Also, I'd not be seen for years if they made Homeworld 3 (though I doubt this'll happen in any good form, didn't Relic lose the rights?).
Its possible they were buying the rights to make a HW3, but its just as possible it was just to clear legal stuff up, THQ having bought Relic out by this point.
