Games you'd like to see a movie of and movies you like to see a game of.

So, which games do you think could make superb movies (good movies, not summer hollywood nonsense, or anything like Tekken and DOA ¬_¬) and visa versa, if effort was really put in, which movies could make great games.

Feel free to mention ones that already have an adaption but you genuinely fel they could have been better in some way or form.

I'd love to see a film of Dungeon Keeper. You could write a brilliant comedy based on that game, as it's already quite funny.

Gah, ninja'd on the first post. But yeah, I can't really think of anything that Stathams been in that wouldn't make a good game. Heck, Transporter (the first one anyway) and The Mechanic already sort of exist as games in the Hitman series. The opening kill in The Mechanic is basically a mini Hitman movie but done right.

As for games I would to see as movies. Hmmm... if done right, I think Assassin's Creed could make an excellent movie. Deus Ex could as well. Both series are known for their open ended nature and freedom, but if you took the core elements, setting and visual style they could be great as movies.

I'd like to see the Resistance series made into films. It would at least be an interesting twist on the usual WWII films, and if Cowboys & Aliens does well, it might prove theres a market for it...

Battle Royale. I don't even care, that would make an amazing online game. Especially if you could play the whole game with people you know (playing with randoms wouldn't really have the same effect, I guess). Obviously it couldn't take place over three days, but still. Me and my friends drool at the thought if it, to be honest.

Mass Effect is already getting a movie eventually so there's that. If not that than Half Life would be interesting.

Movie to game Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children....a game based off a movie that is based off a game, that counts right?

They're making a metal gear solid movie which I think is going to be fantastic.
