Sadly, it's looking that way. But as of right now, it's just a "wait and see" [http://attackofthefanboy.com/news/%E2%80%98wait-and-see%E2%80%99-for-splinter-cell-conviction-on-ps3/].

Which is a punch to the face if it doesn't, in all honesty. Every major Splinter Cell game has been a multi-console release.
