What games have you been waiting for, and though signs may point the game never being made, and years may have passed, you still wait for it to finally arrive.

I just remembered this game, it's been awhile, but hopefully 2011 will be our year!



Pikmin 3

I am Alive

Dead Island (on a lesser extent)

I would love to see those games soon, and I read that Pikmin 3 could happen this year

Warriors Orochi Empires
Samurai Warriors 3 on the 360 in the west (only on Wii in states, but PS3 version available in Japan)
Skyrim being better than Morrowind (Oblivion didnt, but Im hoping Skyrim will)

Knights of the Old Republic 3, speaking of Bioware.

Chrono Trigger 3.

Final Fantasy VII (HD Remix). I'll settle for Final Fantasy VI 3D.

MechWarrior 5. 4 sucked, Microsoft. You can do better than that.

A new StarFox game. You know, where we actually pilot an Arwing and shoot stuff in space.

MegaMan X-9.

Killer 7-2 ! This game was so good that it left me wanting more. I know it would never happen but DAMN i would buy it.

Resident Evil 6 (as a classic survival horror): I hope it happens but i am having more and more doubt each time that i see the new RE games that they are announcing. CAPCOM are now a bunch of idiots who are trying WAYYY too hard to be liked by everybody.

Edge of Twilight saw any awesome trailer for it, now I can't find anything on it.

Eternal Darkness 2, that was supposed to come out but it looks like Silicon Knights didn't even attempt to make it.

The one game I've been waiting for for a while is Timesplitters 4. Ever since I couldn't play Future Perfect on Xbox Live I've been waiting for a new Timesplitters to come out.

Marvel Fighting Game or Marvel Online.

Marvel Fighting Game: There was this release on Gametrailers years ago with a guy playing an incomplete version of the game. I believe it was the Hulk vs Captain America in a high rendered world that was pretty much three dimensional. It looks pretty damn good and I'm still holding out for it.

Marvel Online: Okay, I love being told what to do by psychotic Mark Hammil but, come on... I want to take orders from Wolverine, I want to fight the Juggernaught with X-23 and Colossus, I want to fight Kang the Conquerer alongside Iron Man, I want to track down and subdue the Hulk. More importantly, I want spider-swinging to be an actual transportation option! Oooh, or Goblin Glider... Yeah, that'd be fun...

I am still waiting for a sequel to:

Arkanum (of steamworks and magick obscura)

There was a sequel hinted at at one point called Journey to the Center of Arkanum, but it was killed by ... I for get now, but Im still hoping that someone will pick up the licenses and do it justice some day.

And

Beyond Good & Evil

Why? Where is the the sequel? This was a good game with good reviews from critics and had so much good game play in it. The game was sort of like Metal Gear Solid 2, but it also had some racing and vehicle combat in it.

I still hold out a tiny sliver of hope for sequels to these (and to others to a lesser extent) games. While I do not believe they will come out, I wish they would.
