I would like to say Silent hill 1 but i didn't get the green hyperblaster, silent hill 2 but i didn't get the strongest spray and silent hill 3 but i didn't get the god of thunder costume bi finishing the game on leve Hard X.

In 20 years of gaming only really two I can say I have finished 100% (this does not include pre-32bit games were simply completing it was usually 100% of the game):

I once 100% Deus ex(the first) and that was it. No game in my eyes was ever perfect but that game.
