That's basically what I did, only I played through it as a soldier/adept (Vanguard?) first because, as with most games, I'll play them through once the way that I want to, then play through the other ways to see the differences in the game/unlock achievements.
OT: I've completed 100% Mass Effect and Oblivion in terms of achievements, and Fallout 3 (minus the DLC achievements for the ones that I didn't download)

Borderlands, with all 4, also DLC, I love this game

Fallout 3, almost Dragon Age, Prototype almost anyway. I have a realllllly shit memory so i can't remember much of 100%'d.
First thing that comes to mind is Chrono Cross.
I have played that game more times than I can count. I know the location of every item. I know how each of the paths that the plot can take. I know every secret area. I know every optional boss. I know how to recruit every single character. I have seen every possible ending. I know how to get all of the best equipment, I know all of the Double Techs/Triple Techs.
That game is where it's at. Before CC, I had never played a game quite like that. It blew my tiny little mind. Still one of my favorite games.

The whole Half-Life series (by 100%ing I mean beating on every difficulty) including expansions and stuff. All the Mega Drive Sonic games (got every sodding emerald... including the 14 in Sonic 3 & Knuckles). All the PS1 Crash Bandicoot games. (105% on Crash 3, platinum relics on all applicable)
Currently working on Fallout 3, gonna take me a while. XD
Oh also Pokémon Blue and Silver. Got all 151 on Blue and all 251 on Silver, no hacks! Only way I could beat those games anymore would be to raise every single Pokémon to level 100, and sod that!
