I'll have to dig out the ps3 and see if it still works then! Had no idea they were on there, any idea on the prices?
Silent Hill is £5.49 and Resident Evil is £7.99, but you can get the first three games in a bundle for £11.99.
Definitely nab Silent Hill then, and perhaps the three Resi games, I remember my PS3 doens't play discs, hence why its never used, but fuck it this'll work, cheers pal!

Koudelka - a little known PS1 rpg that flew under my radar but lead to the AMAZING Shadowearts trilogy. I'e never been able to find it in any form either legit or via torrent or even Let's ;lay.

Guacamelee was one of these since it was a Sony exclusive. Now I'm just too broke.

I'd love to play Flanker 2.5 or A-10 Warthog but I'm not sure if I've got the commitment for those sort of games. They're quite complex and if you were to buy a hard copy of Flanker it would come with a 200 page manual.

Hold steadfast, Brother! Our emulators will liberate them from their console oblivion.

Oh many. Lately it's been The Last Of Us though. Not having the money for a console and the chance of TLoU being released on the PC is slim to absolutely non-existent means that I'll probably never get to play it. Which sucks cos it's a game that's right up my alley =(

Persona 3 & 4, Suikoden, and a couple of others that I can't recall are others I'd like to play but likely never will.

At the moment, only The Last Story (Wii). It's like 80AUD+ on all the stores I frequent and I don't think it's worth that much.
I already got most of the games I really wanted to play. It's nice to own all the consoles and a good PC.

The Last Story is one, since it doesn't have the reputation of Xenoblade Chronicles it's much harder to find.(For the record, I found Xenoblade Chronicles, and it so so SO lives up to it's hype).

And Chrono Cross probably. And probably that visual novel thing starring Magus.

An abundance of GC games like Wind Waker, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (never finished), Super Smash Bros. Melee and Luigi's Mansion. The few copies available cost a fortune.

There's also some other Fire Emblem games I'd love to play but can't since they're Japan-only (Like the DS remake of 3).

I've taken a resolution and bought several of these lately, which, to me, means a lot of screwing around with DOSBox. Still, here are some that I'll probably never get around to play.

- Tabula Rasa... Welp, it's too late, now.
- Destiny : I fell for this game as soon as I saw the trailer. I have a weakness for space-related stories, the visuals are gorgeous, the gameplay seems pretty decent, the world itself seems huge, and it looks like it'd be fun and full of things for the player to discover. But I've been a PC gamer for fifteen years now, and I don't have enough space or money for a console anyways.
- Speaking of which : about three-quarters of Quantic Dream's catalog. I've been a fan of them since the age of... I don't know, nine? And I'm still foolishly hoping that they'd one day port their PS-exclusives.
- Divinity : Original Sin, which I heard is very good, but will most likely never try, because I'm currently playing other RPGs ; and, life being life, won't finish those before 2020.

As is usually the case with the eldritch games, I tried looking for a copy of the original Klonoa: Door to Phantomile for the PS. Of course, it's hyper-expensive, but I'd buy it if I had enough money. The real problem is how difficult it could be to get a functional copy, much less one that looks like it's in good condition.

Fun remake on the Wii, though. I appreciate the time and effort that goes towards a rework.

If you have a friend with a PS3 play it on theirs. It only took me like 3 to 4 hours to beat and was still a fun experience.
Like Nurb here, despite the fact I have gotten the chance to try out many luxuries due to a friend who lets me game on his PS3, there are many I may never get to such as Journey and other exclusives. I don't think my friend has Journey and if he does we're not in a position to start gaming on his PS3 again. The only game I went the whole way through with him was The Last of Us.

Yep. Don't own any of them, don't know if I'm ever getting to them. I did try the original for a bit, but it's just not as accessible to me as a franchise for whatever reason. Maybe it's the FPS element.

Then, there's the admittedly very spread out gems on the original Wii...it is the Wii after all. The Last Story is getting mentioned a lot here, so I guess that's one.

I'll probably never get to anything next gen that isn't also available on PC and is also a modest title (I don't have a very powerful PC), say Halo 5 and beyond though I'm don't care as much about that franchise, or mods that became their own thing like DayZ or The Stanley Parable.

And I might as well forget about genres that are difficult for me to slog through, but I want to play for other less gameplay focused reasons. For example, when I was younger going through KOTOR wasn't so bad, but even then it was a very boring role-playing Dungeons&Dragons-esque round based deal. So, it'd only be worse to try again now that I'm older. It didn't really require any in depth thought or skill really. It felt too grindy, I guess, too much attack menu selection and what not. I have an amazing capacity to continue on through that stuff, but it never really feels deeply satisfying. It could be fun at times if I was having trouble against someone in particular, but once that wore off it was the story and interactions that made me just barely finish it. I own it for the original Xbox. So, couple that with the fact that I have it on Steam now along with its sequel and chances go down that I'll ever go back let alone try the sequel again, which I got an hour in before not going back to it. Plus, for both, I want to install graphics enhancing mods, since my PC is still capable of handling that much, and story repairing mods and while it's not too difficult I just don't want to put the effort in right now.

The biggest category would have to be the entire Zelda franchise though. I've only played Phantom Hourglass, Twilight Princess. and Skyward Sword. I've always wanted to play all the games in the franchise, even the terrible CD-i ones, and I'll probably never get to all of them. Whether it's because I can't get my hands on them all and/or college and/or work and/or other life priorities, I can't be sure of. I just have a nagging feeling I'll never be up to date on it.

Only game that comes to mind is Cubivore, it never got a european release but it looks damn interesting to play.
it is awesome game and it is sad it did not get more attention than it did, it has a wonderfully weird feel to it tight controls and a battle system that is easy to learn but still a challenge

Kirby and the Crystal Shards on the N64. I remember some cousins of mine playing a long time ago and I wanted to play it but never got the chance.
*cough* virtual console *cough*

for me the top game is/was majora's mask the only Zelda game I never played

I also would rank the rest of the elder scrolls series just slipped past me till skyrim which I love dearly and I feel bad about missing them

I've always been fairly curious about Theif 2 and the classic Dues Ex games, but I've been limited by hardware when it comes to playing them.

Oh yes, that too. I played the same as you did, minus Skyward Sword, plus Ocarina of Time (at various friends'), and Oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons and Link's Awakening (on my old Game Boy Color), and I get what you're coming from.
Playing all the games in the Zelda series would be difficult, not only because there are heaps of them, but because they are available on plenty of different consoles, some of those hard to find (or pricey) today. You'd have to make it some kind of life goal, and most definitely have the time and money to afford everything. I don't know what kind of software you already have at home, but if you have little time, you can always play one of the Game Boy games. They are less engrossing and less ambitious than later titles, but pretty good games nonetheless (the Oracles are my favorite Zelda games, personally, though plenty of fans would disagree), and you can play them pretty much everywhere.

Or, if you can afford to sit in front of your screen, the N64, NES and GB ones are emulated.

Demon's souls - Fan of the souls series, really wanted to try this one, shame it isn't on steam.

Dragon's Crown - Just looked like a fun side scroller sort.

Monster Hunter series - Chasing down big ass monsters and slowly grinding til I get enough of their dead carcuses to make new armor to do it all again? Yes please ^_^

Grim Fandango always seemed interesting to me. I like the art style, AND it's made by the same guy who did Psychonauts. Last I checked though, it's not on GoG and from what I remember reading, modern computers won't be able to run physical copies.

Kind of a shame really.

Persona 4 and REmake.

These games are impossible to find. Once I actually did find REmake, but when I took the case to the counter the guy said 'Oh yeah sorry, we don't have that game anymore.' Grrrrrr!
I found it at a used game store for £10 a few months ago.

Must have been fortunate that day :D

Good thing too, I was checking their website yesterday and price increases due to rarity do seem to happen; Silent Hill Shattered Memories for the Wii has doubled in price since I last checked.

going to throw in one of my alltime favs..

Viva Pinata, my bro had it on his xbox, but seeing as he moved and took that with him..I cant buy it digitally online, I cant find it any stores...the only option I have thats available for me atm to buy it for the PC is on Amazon or the likes which Ive for..some reason been too lazy..to do.

(ty for reminding me Elfgore, I shall now beat my laziness and buy the bloody thing on Amazon)
I think Viva Piñata was one of the games that was decimated by GWFL shutting down, probably don't want to do that now.
