About 10 years for a proper continuation of the Deus Ex series. Invisible War was fine, just not good enough. I don't think I'll be able to stand waiting the 6+ months for Human Revolution.
I would have said a sequel to GUN would have been nice, but Neversoft are being whipped into making endless Guitar Hero games and, well, we have Red Dead Redemption.
I love half life, and I wish they'd continue the series. So episode 3 for sure.

Anybody agree with me that somebody should make a Hogs of War 2? Would anybody else buy that and play the fuck right out of it? Also Elder Scrolls V.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms 12. Since RotK8, the even-numbered ones tend to be the awesome RPG/empire building ones, where you can create and/or control any officer from the lowest city official to the most powerful warlord in China (as opposed to the odd-numbered ones with their straightforward "lead your army to great victory!" style), so if it ever comes out, it should be the single best purchase I make that year. Sadly, it's been a long time since RotK11, and there's been no word from Koei. Too busy making Dynasty Warriors sequels and Asian-market MMO's, I guess.
KOTOR 3, which might happen when Bioware is done with Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and when they've released at least 4 expansion packs for TOR. And even then it's a maybe.
Sticking with Star Wars, Republic Commando desperately needs a sequel.
Then there's the obvious TES: V, although I still enjoy Oblivion and have a lot of content left to go through, so they should take their time.
Also, Mass Effect 3, since I've been waiting for it since I played Mass Effect 1.

Thief 4 can't come soon enough. We know it's being made, but we haven't heard a damn thing about it. I want it so much!
Yeah I know, but I still think that it's a possibility that it will be made at some point. I think that because of the kind of games they make. Mass Effect is really just about Space Marines (albeit a fantastically done space marines game) and Dragon Age is just a Lord of the Rings rip off. I mean, they haven't really come up with a premise that's original in a while. Don't get me wrong though, I love Bioware games. Anyway, I think that they're going to run out of ideas at some point, and going back to one of their old IP's will be attractive to them. However, this will probably be in a long, long, time, like when people are getting bored of TOR (and based off of WoW's success, it might be another decade before that happens)Kragg said:
