Something happened to my copy of Knights of the Old Republic; I have no idea where it is, although I do vaguely recall loaning it to someone (no idea who). I picked it up on Steam for something like $2.50, though, so it's all good.

I also loaned "Legends of Might and Magic," a M&M Counter-Strike clone, to this guy that I knew in high school, and he still has it. I don't much care, though, since both the guy and the game were terrible.

I lent my twelve year old cousin a game for the PS2 called thirteen. Its fps which takes on comic book style role, it was actually pretty good.)

So anyway I lent this game for about a week until I decided I wanted it back. So I phoned my cousins house and asked was he finished he replied "no."
More and more time passed, until I got sick of waiting and went to his house myself.

When I went up to the room to retrieve the game I found it lying on his floor, the disk was a mess and could no longer be played.

I simply charged him the money I paid for the game and went and bought another copy.

Also I myself I'm guilty of borrowing with out returning, I still have my friend's copy of Dino Crisis 2, I'm unsure on exactly how long it's been since he lent it to me.

Now while I don't usually lose the games themselves, I often lose the manuals/code cards for them... which means that if the game isn't currently installed on my PC, I may as well have lost it. CURSE YOU DISC CODES!!!!

EDIT: The games I've lost in this way are as follows:
Crysis, Dead Space, The Witcher (original release, which meant I didn't benefit from the free patch to turn it into the "Enhanced Edition"), and Mirror's Edge.
If you've been paying attention, you'll have noticed that most of those games were published by EA. And if you haven't been paying attention... er... not much I can do about that really.
