Well not the whole game, but i did play Assassin's Creed 2 until my gf resorted to the cheap tactic of taking off her top to get me to stop...

All the Halo games. No joke - I was dragged into playing them with a friend. We beat them all in one sitting. I have no idea how long it took, but he pretty much sped me through them. Whenever I wanted to stop to hear some of the convo, or ask what the hell was going on he just told me not to worry about it and we kept on going.

To this day I still have no idea what the hell Halo is about.

Modern Warfare 2, Gears of War 1-3 , Heavy Rain, Star Wars the Force Unleashed, MGS1: The Twin Snakes, RE0-2 & 4 and 5, God of War 1 & 2, Mafia 2....thats all I can think of right now.

I really need to start slowing down on games it makes them not worth the money if I beat them so fast. Thats why I started back renting.

The only one I can remember managing to pull off by myself was Halo 3.
I also beat a few episodes of Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People in one day, but those are extremely short, maybe 2-3 hours.
I remember one of my friends and I beat both Halo and Halo 2 in one sitting as well (separate sittings for each)

Maybe not complete the game in one sitting but i have got the achievement for 7 day survivor (that is 14 straight hours spent in the mall with NO break and NO saving) for Dead Rising. Pretty ball busting stuff, especially when boredom starts to settle in.

Resident Evil 4 multiple times, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, No More Heroes, the Metal Slug Anthology, the new Scott Pilgrim XBLA game, of course Portal, and James Bond: Nightfire back in the day. Good times.

Republic Commando, Battlefront 2, SW: Forces of Corruption, Halo 2, Portal.
I know there have been at least 1-2 more but I can't think of them.

Alan Wake is the most recent game I played in one sitting.

Super Mario Land for the old school. Love that game.

Bucky O'Hare for the NES. 'Nuff said.

YOU DO NOT MESS WITH THE NES.

I try to enjoy my games in portions... I try to make it a rule, not to game longer than three hours, if nothing else then to make the purchase worth it, unless of course there's an online component i know im gonna spend lots of time with.

MW2, Mafia 2, Bioshock 2, ODST, Mirror's Edge and The Force Unleashed. On average, it took me about 7 hours for each (apart from MW2 which took about 2 hours).

Until a couple of months ago, I only had an onboard graphics card. I couldn't really play anything newer than Deus Ex.

I only got Portal when Steam was giving it for free some time ago (I know, I know). I installed it and and started playing, but only to see if my PC could take it. It barely could. I thought, "Well, this is too much lag... I don't think I'll be able to play it properly... I should stop and play it later when I get a decent graphics card..."

About 4 hours later, I was listening to Still Alive and wondering what the hell had just happened.

Seriously, even if the game was terribly laggy I just couldn't stop. This is Portal for you, people :)

Contra on a NES emulator with a friend (it was a modified version where you have infinte lives and are unkillibale after dying and you respawn with a scatter gun) it might have been easy with this version but it was still fun

Ocarina of Time.

My 5th or 6th time through, I beat it (not all the side stuff) in a little over 15 hours.
