Let's see i have played curse of monkey island about seven times, i also played too much Tekken 5 three years back on PS2.
I became so aversome with devil Jin five different lazer attacks, that i beat the last boss Jinpachi perfekt on hardest mode. XD

portal all the way, i played for like 2 hrs straight last night replaying (im not terribly fast or good at it) got like right before the end (the part with the rocket turret) and got confused as hell and said "F*ck it"

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time (Gamecube version, just the first game). It's short enough to be played through multiple times fairly easily.

EDIT: Also I've played through Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem many times if you count each alignment as a new game. I actually don't remember which one I've played through more times.
