Well here goes the list:

Final Fantasy XI although it's an MMO so it doesn't really count

Diablo 2 - many full days went into this game ugh.

Warcraft 3 - Same story as D2

Pokemon - 1st, 2nd and 4th generations

Bomberman LIVE - Online is addictive

Geometry Wars 2 DEMO - Was broke for a while and playing the demo with my roommate for hours on end.

Bioshock - Finished in 1 sitting, didn't know anything about the game before going into it which really sucked me in. This was the first FPS I've actually sat down and played since Perfect Dark 64.

Dead Space - Finished in 2 Sittings, as soon as I got to the sliding rock part on the last chapter I put the game down.

Patapon - It's just great

Super Mario Bros 3 - Wide variety of levels, fun to play with friends and family

Left 4 Dead - Completed the 4 chapters then headed to versus with the same people in one sitting of about 6 hours.

Final Fantasy IX - Played through many times with full completion -Excalibur 2

Okay *deep breath*, don't hate me for this but......Viva Pinata 1 and 2......holy crap....so many hours wasted....seriously....more than a JRPG and i'm STILL nowhere near beating the game
Nothing to be ashamed of, those games are absolutely fantastic and huge timesinks for me as well. First day I had the first one I sat home alone and played for like 8-9 hours straight and was just about to call it a night when the Swanana appeared. With a name like that, how could I resist trying to lure it in? :)
And so on. In spite of myself, I fell in love with Viva Pinata.

But my biggest timesink ever is still Baldur's Gate 2. I can't seem to get enough of that one and replay it about once a year. If you've done it even once, you know approximately how many hours it takes...

Oblivion, and pokemon games for the gameboy *hides in shame*
Don't. Be proud.
Same here, Oblivion and Pokémon Blue, Red and Yellow had me absorbed better than the greatest sponge ever. Now, back when I was young and hardcore, I could play ANY game until mom forced me to go to bed. I'd rise early, play all day and only pause for the primary needs, if pressed. Shining in the Darkness, James Pond III and Sonic 2. Oh, and at a friend's place, we played SNES all day long. Mario Kart, Secret of Mana, Donkey Kong Country, you name it.
Nowadays? Not so much. Now I hang around this here forum and IRC instead. Did have a Diablo II: LoD period recently, and that sucked up entire days.

Somehow... Puzzle Pirates made me forget to sleep.

I'm still searching for why.

Banjo-Tooie. Once played for eight hours straight. I forgot reality existed. Man I love that game.

fallout 3, the witcher and mount blade are my current time sinks. However back with the first knights of the old republic, no other game has had me quite as hooked.
I was looking up from my controler to see the clock reading 8, having to rush to get to school and sleep when I got home.
It was far worse than even wow and such games.

I dumped eight hours of my life into LOZ: Wind Waker and the sad part was I didn't even have a Memory card at the time so turning off my console was heart wrenching experience.
