I would personally just drop a nuke (or twelve) on Liberty City; the entire cast of GTA IV irritated me.

Any of the androgynous/angsty leads in the Final Fantasy series, especially Tidus, Squall, and Cloud. I'd probably let Tail-boy (FF9) off with a stern warning since he wasn't especially obnoxious though if he ever sneaked into another Final Fantasy, I'd call fair game on him.
