Gaming Mums - what does yours/ what do you play?

Anyone here have mothers who play videogames? Or are you a mother who plays games? If so, hows about posting what games they/ you play?

I'm just interested to see if there's a pattern in what type of games/ systems they like to play. And how often to they play?

My mum likes playing the Mario Parties on the Wii. She got into MP8 for the Wii then started playing the ones on the gamecube. She's also playing a number of gamecube mario games. She plays Mario Party every day (she's unemployed at the moment so she has all the time in the world to do so).

How's about yours guy'n'girls?

Well when my little brother isn't being a pain to her and saying this is how you do this she plays most nintendo games and i'm gonna try get her a game she can play and relax since she is really stressed atm.

My mom doesn't, but my dad used to play Mario Bros., Sonic 2, and Pong with me. My mom used to play Pong, but that was it.

I've got a friend who's mom would make her stay home to play MMOs with her. When Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2 came out, my friend was absent from school for two days.

My mom plays Bounce out (casual game) and used to play Jak and Daxter until we lost the disc.

My Dad plays Age of Empires 2 alot.

Both of my parents used to play Pipe Mania, until one day when I was still a baby they realized they had forgotten to feed me.

My mother plays Mortal Kombat II. Does that count. She also plays Super Mario World, and some fishing games. Whenever she sees me playing a game on the PC she always stops and watches for a bit. She's also getting a Wii soon.

Gimme a cookie! My mom loves portal! And guitar hero, and used WoW as a basis for her master's thesis.

My mom and dad both play Civ 4 and my mom seems to have recently bought a ton of RPGs to play, so mine does game, no FPSes but definatly strategies and RPGs, she also bought Assassin's Creed for the PC because she saw my brother playing it on the Xbox (I had borrowed it form a friend.) so there you have it, moms do game occasionally.

Edit: she was also the one who introduced me to my lovable Avatar. What more can I say, she started me on gaming.

Ooooh, I've never been an urban legend before! I am 43, with 3 kids 18 years, 15 years and 25 weeks! I often list my 360 as a thing I couldn't live without.
Let me see, what do I play? Lots from lost classics such as Eternal Darkness to mainstream games like FF! I love Jade Empire, KOTOR 1 and 2 (don't care what anyone says, I enjoyed 2) Mass Effect, Star Ocean! I have many many games on these formats GBA, DSi, PS1, PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, PSP (did get a PS3 but let my son have it instead, early for xmas, will get another before December)and PC.
I like many genres and play GOW and Halo with my son.
I also loved Beyond Good And Evil (that final boss did my head in though, when you need to reverse everything :0) Lots more, won't bore you, unless you ask me too
