I'm surprised not more people have said Psychonauts. Well, that's what I choose!

Personally I believe some games would be awesome if they were real: Mirror's Edge would be cool with all the free running and jumping and Fallout 3 as a post apocaliptic future earth would be great to explore. Which games would you like to be real and which ones would be terrible if they were?
Left 4 dead and Assasins Creed would be great with realistic bots.

Edit : I presume your talking about virtual reality simulators, otherwise your questions doesn't make sense.

I would love for Twilight Princess to be a real world.

Just imagine being able to ride around Hyrule in real life. I could die happy riding across the precarious Bridge of Eldin. Hell, I could fall off the Bridge of Eldin and still be happy.

I so want to make witty one-liners to some of these comments, but I'll restrain myself.

Though some survival horror games would be awesome if they happend in real life. Ofcourse, I wouldn't be the ones in the events, someone else would, but we could learn so much from the monstrosities that populate the dark side of the world!

Spore, enough said.
It'd be fun to watch those funky creatures walking around (even if 90% of them are carnivorous everything-killers)

As many have already said, Pokémon. Life would be awesome in a place where criminals can't do shit and anyone can become famous.

shiznatch, where do i begin? hmmm....

Fallout 3 - may all Yao Guai fear me....
Legend of Zelda (either Ocarina of Time or Twilight Princess) - let's face it, they were both awesome games
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - do i really need to elaborate?
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic - great story and timeline, and great characters. the Mandalorian Wars would have been fun to fight
Assassin's Creed - admittedly i haven't yet played it, but it looks oh so fun
Final Fantasy 10 - come on, blitzball was so fun. and easy. so was most of the rest of the game, too..
Perfect Dark - one of my favourite FPS games ever

there are probably more, but i don't feel like thinking about it even more to get a longer list. besides, isn't this list of mine long enough as it is? :p

I would have to go with the Kingdom Hearts games. You can build any sort of ship you want, first off, then you can go visit Disney and FF characters anytime you want. Just dont forget your Heartless repellant.

I second this. Oh how I second this. And does D&D count as a game? I know it's not a video game, but there are video games based on it, and how could you stand there and tell me that wouldn't be awesome?
God yes! Just imagine it! I'd so be a Shadow Dancer. Man I love that prestige class!
Bah. The real good stuff is from Psionics. Level 10 Thri'Kreen Soulknife can actually make 13 attacks in a single round if you play him right: Throw each of his four mind blades twice, 4 claw attacks, and a bite attack.
Well played sir! You just ranked up to +4 nerdiness.
Awesome. Maybe now people will like me!

Metal Gear Solid world, as the technology is all so advanced, despite being only a few years ahead of us, and they already have nanomachines. Pokemon, as because I think that would be fun catching pokemon, and fighting everyone and exploring the world. And finally, a MMORPG, as I always wanted to use magic spells, and pretty much be immortal, as when you die, all you do is lose your EXP, which you can quickly gain. Also, the world would get updates, so if a war started, just patch it!

I'm biased, but Warhammer 40k. I'd love to see a battle from that safely on my airship.

STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl. We're already half-way there, and it's not one of those world-spanning things, so we don't really have to worry about a totally different world.

I want to get my hands on an empty (I know there has to be one somewhere in the game's Zone).
