Several, when I was 6, I had the first ever gameboy and dropped it onto my foot...it was quite heavy back then.
I bruised my arm getting carried away with wii tennis, smacking my arm off a book case. I have a clicky right wrist from too much guitar hero.
The worst one is though, when `windwaker` came out I got pinkeye because I played over 6 hours straight in the dark without a break.

I've only hurt myself once and that was about a month ago. xD After the boss fight with Yaha in Drakengard 2, my wrist was hurting like crazy. Like a throbbing feeling. Couldn't really use it and my hand kept twitching. xD
The sad part? Not a hard boss fight, just a lot running around (lots of analog stick movement).

Well considering the high risk of becoming a social shut-in who plays videogames all day long, the chances of successfully attracting and procreating with the opposite sex might severely deteriorate, and in that way you could see it as videogaming might potentially make you less fertile. My ringfinger became really sore from playing too much Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. When I got that game, I was very much the n00b at guitar hero so I had not yet learned to relax my grip on the fret buttons, which meant I pushed down on them quite hard. And because of the yellow fret button had this little plastic part sticking out, this bit really dug into my ringfinger when I was playing which resulted in a pain that lasted for quite some time and effectively prevented me from playing for several days.
Other Guitar Hero related injuries include a really sore ankle from trying to play the drum kit in GH:World Tour.
Damn guitar hero. Why must you be so goddamned addictive!?

i remember playing the matrix game on the origional xbox. i must av been sat funny for about 2 hrs.....when i got up i fell to the floor and had no movement in my legs.....i didnt know they had gone completely numb...it was scary as hell :s avent touched that game since, and that was YRS AgoT-Blade said:
not directly but i have a tendensy to sit up gaming to like 4am to get up at 7 am to go to shcool. I did fell asleep while we were watching some sort of movie (at the school) once and woke up on the floor with everyone laughing of me and my head hurted by hitting another chair.
Threw knee out playing Hustle mode on Samba de Amigo at hard difficulty. I was laughed at for weeks.
