I don't mean to poke holes in your idea; b/c I think its great but, how would it work? The video games I mean. Some people will probably come in just to play video games. Is it going to be free? Or is it like "You have to be a customer to play a game".

That menu needs some 200 year old salisbury steaks. Maybe some mentats. And you could hire people to pretend to be NPCs. Maybe give a quest or two.
I'll take the mentats idea. Maybe as a complimentary mint.

Well, I think I'd have it where people would have to be customers to play, and either their waiter or another employee {hired just to take care of the games} would get the games. But i'd be nice and have like Sundays, play from 1-5 for free! Or something.

Hm...you know, I'm getting the feeling that people actually think I'm going to open a restaurant.

Mass Affection, the most alcoholic drink in the house.
Total Protonic Reversal, another highly alcoholic drink.
Rock Band Roadie Refuel, chili cheese fries and nachos.
"In the Rough,"a green salad served in a deep bowl.
McCmillian's hearty ration, Roast Beef, Beans, Corn on the cob, and a baked potato.
Green, Yellow, and Red Herb salad, green salad, with red onion, and yellow bell pepper
Snakes gator meal, fried gator.

as for names, I like the name save point, or perhaps another name, like gamer's bar and grill. I personally prefer the name save point. good idea for a name Alpha Pat.

Town Inn is what I'd pick for the name.

And it sounds awesome.
Stock Pot Inn.

That way, the Majora's Mask nerds will get to buffer against the Majora Hate by saying "HAWR I GET T3H JOKE"

Yeah. It was just a conversation me and my girlfriend were having. But maybe one day, when she and I tie the knot and save enought money, will make one.

I would get some OLD arcade cabinets if I did this. An Asteroids or Pong cabinet would give you some real old-school cred, though I'd imagine they cost a lot.

Other than that, I would get Puzzle Bobble/Bubble Bobble, and Metal Slug. People love those. Or House of The Dead.

I love the restaurant idea, by the way.

How about this:

-If the customer can eat a cooked snake, they get a bandanna!

-There could be short minigames at the bar people could challenge eachother to, whoever loses has to pay the others tab.

-The steak could be served Brazilian style, on the blade of Olympus!

I had an idea like this, but more for geeky things in general. A mixture of your idea and cosplay cafe (but less sexual fanservice, more people dressed like fictional characters). And we'd partner up with a nearby theater and promote certain movies that are coming out for profits. And we'd have noob sauce, weak sauce, and epic sauce.
Eh, I was thinking of doing cosplay, but a lot of the costumes would be to uncomfortable. Plus I couldn't think of many people that would be good waiters and do that AND do that without a high pay check. But the noob sauce sounds nummy!
Yeah, a good bit of the cosplay wouldn't work that well in practice. A good part of the inspiration was when the Evangelion movie comes out (yes there is one kinda sorta in the works, not sure if it will be made though) I'd have waiters and waitresses dressed as Eva characters. It wouldn't work, though, since even if a girl resembling Asuka could be found, it would be pretty much impossible to find a Rei lookalike. I do know this one guy who looks a good bit like an actually emo Shinji (and has some problems to boot), but he doesn't sound like him.

And they should loop the same lines of dialogue every time you talk to them and get stuck on pieces of scenery.

If you don't, I will.

On the topic of food though...
For big birthday events have a giant cake shaped like a castle. And dead centre in the middle is a little token or something that says, "sorry, but the princess is in another castle."

There is already something like that. Dave & Busters is a restaurant, nightclub, and video arcade. Same with Gameworks.

Have a seperate menu for the kids, and play classic game songs, with songs from current games and from Fobbies are Borange thrown in. Maybe include some contests where the winner gets some video game merchandise, and some game tournaments there, and you're set.

For a drink you can have the bonk juice from the Scout in TF2
And the Sandvich from the Heavy :)
For dessert I would recommend some lovely apple pie from Lara Croft's Butler
