The Phoenix Wright games have really good music, there's even a jazz and orchestra version of real life instruments doing arrangement of the songs, look 'em up

God of War games have good music too

The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker had one of the most beautiful soundtracks I've ever heard in a game.

"Dragon Roost Island" is by far the best song in the game.

What,no love for Gothic? WELL! It was a dark,and brutally hard RPG series made by Pirhana Bytes. The soundtrack was beautiful. Many times I was awestruck by the sheer beauty of the music. Kai Rosenkranz is an amazing composer. Some links...

[Devil's Due]

Command and Conquer: Red Alert series has amazing soundtrack remixes and songs that just fit the game so well. The gameplay was pretty good, story well, okay for a C&C game, but the music was just well done.

Also, in some other sense, Dead Space's soundtrack does well (especially the Twinkle Twinkle song. Gives me the creeps).

Final fantasy VIII proberly had the greatest soundtrack of all of the final fantasy games even elipsing Final fantasy VII's brilliant score. Near enough every single song is a pure masterpiece.
