a safe one because if you are unlucky enough not to be a main character/one with powers you are as good as dead
Off topic, but your avatar is awesome.

On topic, sure as hell not Warhammer. Everyone is out to kill you.

I'm a giant Touhou nerd so I wouldn't mind that to be real. Then there's The Elder Scrolls series, especially from Morrowind that suits my fancy.
Are you nuts?
Living in a Touhou world would be one big Neon Colored world were everything shoots bullets and you end up having tea with your opponent....
wait.....that actually doesn't sound so bad...
What do you mean? Of course I'm nuts!

I have being playing Prince of Persia(the cell shaded one that fanboys hate for no good resion, the trolls) and the world is amazing and pretty that I want it to be real so I can live there. What world do you want to be real?
I get ninja'd in the OP. Wow. Yeah, the PoP 2008 world is stunning and would be an amazing place to live.

Others: Mass Effect/any Elder Scrolls province.

I'd take any world with galaxy spanning FTL technology, and affordable travel for everyone.

Mass effect considering the many races, cultures, technology, and sense of wonder in the universe.

Oh yeah and hot blue lesbian alien chicks.

GTA IV.

Oh....

I'll second The Simpsons, only because I've never imagined living in a game world before. I was about to say Fable II, but then I realised it's quite medieval and I enjoy technology.

You know what, I'm going to be anticlimactic and pick Harvest Moon. Yeah, it's not that different from the real world, but there are some key differences:

- You don't have to pay rent, or any other sort of monthly living fees
- You can get girls to love you just by giving them stuff
- Work is quite a bit more simplified
- Little gnomes, god-like beings, and other mythical creatures

Actually, make it Rune Factory. All that same stuff, plus some monsters to fight.

Half-life 2. I would want to be Alyx so I only have to shoot a couple zombies, then I find a lame excuse to leave Gordon alone and then go have a beer and a hot dog with my dad.

TF2; Norman Rockwell-esque squads of stereotypical mercenaries duking it out for all eternity, kind of like Valhalla. Also, you never stay dead for more than 10 seconds or so.

Morrowind. I would have a mushroom mansion :D
Oh, so you would be Telvanni?
I love the Telvanni. They're so....crazy.
At least, most of them are.

Anyways: I also love to live in Morrowind. Unless I had to be the main character. I just couldn't do it. I'm too lazy.

A place where I can put my 'outer worldly intellect' to good use. Like "He can't cross knee-deep water! Dig a moat!"

But for real, somewhere in a Pokémon world. It'd be pretty epic to just drop out of society at the age of 10 and go conquering the world with your Beasts of Mass Destruction on an adventure.
