I don't know why, but the world of Fallout fascinates me. It's ugly, it's brown, and everyone's dying of radiation poisoning, but when you get down to it, these guys are the pioneers of the new world. The feeling of exploration and wonder has been restored in man, even if it's just trying to survive without getting ass-raped by large green orcs. I remembered first seeing Megaton and thinking "Holy shit! What a fucking dump. It's amazing!" So thank you, Fallout 3, for making me want to live in a nuclear wasteland.

I'd also like to live in the world of Deus Ex, because I just love the cyberpunk neon aesthetics in the dystopian fascist regime. It's so intriguing and immersive. Even its retarded child, Invisible War, manages to maintain that feeling of mystery in a Bladerunner-esque environment.

That would be awesome. this Island just appears over japan*, people go explore. there was a ton of stuff on that Island, and I don't think the game covers them all. i would fucking love to go on expedition to that thing.

I agree, I'd love to live in the Citadel. Though preferably the bright white one in Mass Effect 1 not the shady part of it in Mass Effect 2.
Either way, I look forward to dating hot alien chicks and flying around in my space buggy.

EDIT: Also I'd love to live in Cirrodil from Oblivion or just that general world, but only if I get to be an Argonian.

EDIT 2: Halo universe as well, if I get to be a Sangheili.

OT: The world of The Void, easily. I haven't seen any world as original nor as emotional than in that game. I'd recommend everyone to check it out. Oh, and look for Easter eggs, there certainly are some interesting ones which fall into the concept of the story and the world not unlike the Easter eggs in Halo.

And in that case, Leaders, Real Leaders can emerge from the dredges of the wasteland and gather people to their cause. A dozen or so decently armed men can surround a raider base, force their surrender and subjugate them in turn, ever growing as you clean the grim and filth off of the smart few how dont try to pop a few shots off, to a mercenary army, to a nation...

And course if you say no Reapers, then you get to citadel, or any humans even, leaving only the Promethean. You need the reapers for Mass effect to exist.

And i can imagine the moment of sitting around a bunch of trainings in pokemon, "I caught a pidgey!" "Yeah, well i caught a Geodude!" "ha, losers, i caught a rapidash!" I would stay quiet for a few moments, only to utter, "I've Caught GODS."
