Vlad from Max Payne 1.
They made him a pretty generic villain in second one though.

I'll say the entire cast of Half Life 2.

Americans are foreigners to my people, the proud, noble Kiwi.

That said, there are no New Zealanders in any mainstream video game, are there?

She can fight, and has some great uniforms...also she is great to play as since Chris isn't a completely terrible partner.

I think the repairman from S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat wins because he is the only russian who can drink 1,000,000,000,000,000 bottles of vodka through his eye socket and stay alive.

Ezio because of the way he talks with his hands and dresses like he belongs on Jersey Shore in AC2.
Oh man, I almost dropped my laptop from laughing...

Jorge would be my favorite, who I'm pretty sure is Hungarian...

Any American soldier from any WWII game. They're foreigners invading Europe, and they're all badasses. Greatest American generation and all that.

(this post is here to make you think about just what qualifies a person as a "foreigner")

Rico Rodriguez from Just Cause 1 and Just Cause 2.

EDIT: Found a picture:
Rico comes across as really forced to me. Like a self-parody, almost.

But then, this is Square Enix we're talking about.

I'm pretty sure Mark of Kri is about Kiwis.
Nah, that's about a pseudo-polynesian culture, sort of a blend of Samoan, Tongan, Maori and others, in the same way Lord Of The Rings is about medieval times.

Good game though. Not many have played it.
