Gamings Greatest Soundtracks

I've been listening to the Shadow Of The Colossus OST, and it got me thinking about how many great video game soundtracks there are. From as far back as the Mega Drive/Genesis and (S)NES, we've had Sonic and Mario, the Final Fantasy series, Metal Gear Solid, Okami, Shenmue, and manymanymany more. Does anybody have their own favourite game soundtrack?

Shenmue takes the cake for me.

Killer 7 as well, for it's diverse and incredibly unique score.

This one is lovely as it transitions. It starts really good, gets even better as it goes. AND KICKS ASS AT 0:58.

TimeSplitters is certainly one of the games with the best soundtrack that i've ever head, every TS song is in my playlist and i listen to it very often

Okami has a really nice soundtrack, very very nice. I really can't say enough good things about Okami...apparently.
But is it the greatest...probably not. What is the greatest? ...Please don't make me answer that...just trying to think about it hurts. There can't be just one. I can't even give you a personal favorite.

I don't care what anyone else says, I have a special place in my heart for the 3D Sonic songs. They are always so catchy and so full for 80's rock awesomeness. The music quality hasn't gone down in any of them.

Shadow of the colossus has already been mention so I'll go with my other favourite super metroid. Although zelda, halo and chrono trigger are all worth a mention.
