Damn, you beat me to the punch. Luckily, we know what happens in the end with this plan, so we would have ample time to form an anti-trash-ball-meteor defense system before disaster strikes. It's fool-proof!

I would offer a reward to schoolkids for each bag of garbage they bring to the dump. Kids are always looking for a few pesos.

OT: Do they have Favelas in Sao Paulo, or is that just confined to Rio?

Favelas are a problem in Sao Paulo, but we don't have any huge ones like Rocinha in Rio. Just a bunch of a little ones, which means... yes it's a huge problem. We don't have Pesos in Brazil, we have reais (hey-ayes). Doesn't matter too much but heck, I like being informative.

Interesting, didn't know thats what you called those buildings, google and this place teaches me new stuff all day. I don't mind being informed. Theres not really alot you can do about those is there, without spends billions to build better housing?
