Then let it get rated AO. Then the watchdog groups can't complain about it (what with it being ILLEGAL to let a kid play it), and it has so much hype (thirteen years' worth) that it wouldn't badly dent sales.

They're keeping the government's grubby hands off of our content! If they give an inappropriate rating, the game can be banned or reclassified (see: GTA). Without them... they'd just be banned.

this game has been in the works for what a good decade now under various developers and publishers that either died or lost faith in game over its prodution period.

It getting toned down to the point where it's not Duke nukem anymore because of some stupid censor who has heart attacks about even twilight-level violence however...that will cause trouble.

If i want a blow job while killing aliens then that is my dam right...screw rating systems that don,t allow a game to be sold just because their moral fags...They don't have to play, no one is forcing them*.
