Forgive me Jernau, but I must ask... what sparked your interest in sports? And how did you maintain it?

I enjoy the occasional exercise-romp, but most of the time, I opt out, usually becuase of the expense involved, or that fact that exercising is boring as all hell alone, and I have no-one to do it with.

So... how did you keep yourself active?

I'm not Jernau, but I do feel that I can answer your question. The answer is simple; music. It's also where my nerdiness shows, you have no idea how awesome it is to sprint on the treadmill while listening to this The Dark Knight song [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8-XarUUxM0]. You're not running while listening to that, you're dashing. Imagine you have a cape and WAM you're a superhero!

But in general music keeps my mind busy while exercising and can pump me up or cool me down. Nine Inch Nails or Muse while on the rowing machine or on the weights can really make me go "ROAR!" and the Samurai Champloo soundtrack [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ccg8DapckoU] (nerdiness again!) or Radiohead can really help relax me while doing my cooling down.

I'm not good at any sports. Some people tell me with my build that I should try boxing, but for one, I think they are lying, and two, I tend to shy away from hitting people I don't actually hate. Seriously, I even limit how hard I punch when someone does that thing where they hold up their hand and tell you to punch it as hard as you can, I just can't bring myself to punch it with full power behind it.
