Just looked through my collection. Here's what stood out:
Dragon Age Origins(As stated in the OP)

And easily the best...
All the other games were usually just some guy either staring into the camera, or fighting things, or staring while a bunch of crap went on in the background.
And most of those above could use work. It makes me sad that more time isn't given to box art...

It immediately sets the perfect mood.
I concur with Heavy Rain (EU) and Shadow Of The Colossus and I'll add Okami to the list, though I must say their Japanese counterparts are quite appealing as well.

And don't forget the disembodied floating heads that plague a lot of box art. A telltale sign of lazily created artwork.Irridium said:
Meh, I'm not a big fan of the generic group shot. I like cover art that tells a story with its layout rather then just "here's the main characters looking serious." Also, on offense but I like my art to have more then one color in multiple shades, no GoW 3 box art for me please.
