Genuinely good tablet games?

Since I first got my android tablet about six months ago, I've found loads of fun little games for killing time on my commute to work. But today I played this game:


It's a puzzle game called The Room. It's not very long, but it's a lot of fun and surprisingly atmospheric (if you play it wearing headphones - which you should). It's also the first tablet game that I've enjoyed so much that I actually continued playing it after I got home!

My question is, what other genuinely great gaming experiences are out there for tablets (and maybe phones)? What android/iOS games have you played that really elevated themselves above mere time-waster?

Tiny Bang Story is good. A lot of puzzles with an increasing difficulty and it looks pretty, too (and bright, more importantly. Never have to squint your eyes like in The Room).
Waking Mars is also a very neat puzzle game. Don't know how good the tablet controls are, though, since I only played the PC version.

Game story dev was really, really fun. But only good for 2 playthroughs. Well worth the 2.99 for me.

World of Goo and Plants Vs. Zombies are both at least as good on Android as they are on the PC. Beat Hazard is good fun if you've got a lot of music on your tablet, and there's a nice port of Chu Chu Rocket available as well. Sword and Sorcery is a nice little adventure game/rpg, and there's even a halfway decent port of Another World/Out of This World available.

Basically, there's a crapton of great games available for Android, most gamers just turn their nose up at the whole platform after seeing Angry Birds.

P.S.: If you're okay with casual titles, check out Jetpack Joyride and Subway Surfers. They take the basic idea from Canabalt and Temple Run, respectively, and turn it into a really good game, although it's not obvious with Subway Surfers until you unlock the powerups.
