It's quite recent, but pretty much all the vocal work in Guild Wars 2 is fucking engrained into the memory of me and my friends at this point.

As for old sounds that have stuck in my memory for years, the strange pseudo-language spoken in Rayman 2 has always stayed with me. It has a lot of personality. Also a lot of the alien sounds from the original Halo.
